Welcome to your ultimate coastal escape! Located just minutes from the sand and the vibrant dining of Atlantic Ave, this beautifully renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is designed for effortless relaxation and entertaining.

Friendly heads up: There`s a separate attached studio on the property with its own entrance and driveway. No shared spaces - your rental and yard are fully private. The garage and small office are locked for owner storage and not accessible to guests.

☛ Heated pool available year-round and is heated to 85°F year-round at no extra charge.

The pool is heated; however, during stretches of unusually cold weather, heating performance can be limited and the set temperature may not be fully reached. The pool will still remain significantly warmer than an unheated pool.

The pool is professionally serviced and sanitized on a weekly basis. As the pool is outdoors and unscreened, weather conditions may occasionally cause leaves, grass, bugs, or other small debris to enter the pool between cleanings. A pool skimmer is provided for your convenience. These minor, naturally occurring items do not require additional cleanings and should not affect your ability to enjoy the pool.

*Payment processor retains the 4% transaction fees and does not include them when a refund is issued.

☛ Cancellations 14 days before arrival is eligible to 50% refund.

☛ We require a temporary $1000 security hold on guest`s credit card. The hold will be fully and automatically released after the stay, provided there is no damage to the property

☛ Please note that the primary guest must complete a comprehensive guest screening (including identity verification and a background check) and sign our rental agreement via Truvi prior to check-in. Following your booking, you will receive an email directly from Truvi to complete this process.

☛ Please also note that a non-refundable $50 booking and damage protection fee is included as part of the reservation total. Guests will not be permitted to check in until all Truvi requirements have been completed.
☛ MINIMUM AGE IS 25

☛ Bringing undisclosed pet will incur a $300 fee, on top of any additional cleaning fee incurred.

☛ Guest will be charged an additional fee of $100 for failing to take out the trash.

☛ Trash Collection Days: Bring Garbage down to the street Monday & Thursday nights along with Recycling on Thursday night as well
* Please pull the bins back up to the house after collection. Leaving them on the street could result in a fine from public works that you`ll need to cover, along with any associated charges

☛ Pool Cleaning occurs every Tuesday.

☛ PLEASE CLEAN GRILL AFTER USE; Guest will be charged $50 if grill is not left in the condition it was in at check-in.

☛ Guest will be charged an additional fee of $500 for smoking in the house.

☛ Tampering of any security devices will be charged $500 fine.

☛ An additional fee of $500 will be applied if any illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia are found in the property following guest checkout.

☛ For every 15 minutes beyond the agreed-upon checkout time that the guest remains on the property, a fee of $50 will be charged to the guest.

Host/property owner are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.

GUEST OBLIGATIONS: REPORTING UNCLEANINESS OR DAMAGES WITHIN 2 HOURS OF CHECK-IN: When you reserve and/or book your stay (as applicable), you understand and expressly agree that you will have 2 hours from the time of your check-in to report any uncleanliness issues or damages present in the home or on the property upon your arrival. Any such issues must be reported to the Host in writing and accompanied with timestamped photos of the reported issue. You also understand and expressly agree that if you fail to report any uncleanliness issues or damages accompanied by timestamped photos within this 2-hour window: (1) you will be deemed to have accepted the home and property’s condition at the time of your check-in, and (2) you will then be responsible for full payment of any damages or excessive cleaning required beyond the normal post-stay cleaning process, and (3) Host will be entitled to recoup payment from you for any corresponding charges that may apply. BY PROCEEDING WITH YOUR RESERVATION AND/OR BOOKING, AS APPLICABLE, YOU ACCEPT AND EXPRESSLY AGREE TO THESE TERMS.

SWIMMING POOL LIABILITY WAIVER BY GUEST. By booking/reserving this property, Guest understands and acknowledges the following: 1) there is no lifeguard or other attendant on duty at any time for the pool or the surrounding pool area, 2) there is an inherent risk with swimming in the pool, playing in or around the pool area, and entertaining in the pool or its surrounding area, 3) children, people with disabilities, elders and pets should never be left unattended in, near, or around the pool and should always be supervised, and 4) no broken glass or other harmful objects or items are to be left in, around, or near the pool or its surrounding area. GUEST FURTHER UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT GUEST IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR AND ASSUMES ALL LIABILITY OF EVERY KIND FROM USE OF THE POOL AND THE SURROUNDING POOL AREA BY GUEST, GUEST’S FAMILY (IF ANY), GUEST’S PETS (IF ANY) AND ANY GUESTS OF GUEST DURING GUEST’S STAY AT THE PROPERTY. If you do not agree to this waiver of liability, please do not book/reserve this property.
