Luxury seafront house nearby Delphi, Central Greece

Spacious, decent and fully equipped apartment few steps away the beach. It situated in the ancient port of Delphi, to the old town Kirra. Exist on the ground floor of our familie’s house building. Ιt is surrounded by a flowered courtyard ideal for sunny days. Barbecue and outdoor furniture are provided. Free parking spaces are always available just outside the building. Fifteen meters away is located a local grocery for all the essentials. The apartment is 120 sq.m. and includes:
* 1st bedroom with double bed, single bed, large wardrobe, safe and air conditioner.
*2nd bedroom (glass wall) with large double bed, open closet, floor full body mirror, air conditioner
* 3rd bedroom with double bed, large wardrobe, air-condition and private veranda
*Main bathroom with hot tub shower and washing machine.
*2nd bathroom close to 3rd bedroom
*A large room with fully equipped kitchen, dining table, fireplace, seating area and ceiling fan, air conditioner
* A spacious room which including, living room area, large sofa and large armchair, tv area (50' 4k 'smart TV), air conditioner, and veranda. The sofa and armchair can be converted into extra beds.
Beach towels, toys, a cot, a baby bath and a high chair (on request) are provided.
The beach is a few steps away, where anyone can enjoy, swimming, fishing, long walks or biking along the coast
It is well-positioned for Delphi (just 15’ min away from Archaeological sites of Delphi), Arachova, Parnassos, Galaxidi, Osios Loukas etc.

L’appartement et les accès extérieurs étaient vraiment propres et plus qu’agréables. Tout est à proximité de marche. Le seul bémol est que la 2ieme salle de bain était non accessible.Gorgia est vraiment chaleureuse et accueillante.

The facility was amazing! It was spacious, clean and was tastefully furnished and decorated. The hostess Georgia was very friendly and helpful, providing great restaurant recommendations and local spots. I would definitely stay there again, and for a longer time.

Lovely apartment

The apartment was beautiful and covered all of our needs. We had a diverse group of family ranging from 11 years old to 87 years old and everyone was well taken care of. The apartment was close to the beach and a market and the host was lovely and helpful. I would recommend to anyone.

Gorgeous house

We had a lovely two night stay at Georgia's stunning house. It's an absolute tardis - loads of space and really well equipped. Georgia made us feel very welcome and was so helpful. The location is perfect for Delphi and close to plenty of cafes and restaurants in nearby Itea. Highly recommended.

Georgia is a perfect host! She has put love into every detail of this property and lives upstairs so she was available for any questions. The towns people where very warm and friendly and spoke enough English that there were no concerns or problems. Would love to come back again.

Georgia’s home in Kirra was perfect for our 2 day trip from Athens to visit Delphi. I am so glad that we didn’t try to make it a day trip and instead got to spend some time in the charming little seaside town of Itea/Kirra. The house had everything we needed and more with plenty of room for our group of four people. It’s a half mile walk to get to many restaurants and bars along the seaside. Thank you, Georgia, for hosting us in your lively house. I hope to come back someday.

Wish we had stayed longer!

A charming property in a great location a stone's throw from the beach. We had only booked 2 nights but soon wished we had booked more! The apartment was clean and very well furnished, soaking up three kids with ease (who enjoyed the reliable WiFi). Our host was lovely, very helpful and attentive. Check in and out was simple. Itea itself is lovely, we chose the location for proximity to Delphi and there are plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars in town with a lovely relaxed atmosphere to the place. A real treat.

Beautiful and spacious apartment in Kirra

Georgia was a wonderful host! She met us at check-in to show us the property - which is much more spacious than it looks from the photos! The apartment is very tastefully decorated and was perfect for our group of 6. The apartment is a block away from the waterfront and steps from the supermarket - the perfect location! Georgia provided excellent recommendations for dinner and what to see in town. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back to stay with her next time! I would recommend spending a couple of nights as it’s a good location to visit Itea and Delphi (which was about 30 min drive from the apartment).

Ideal Location

An ideal location, minutes away from the hustle and bustle of Delphi. Located a block from the ocean, walk and discover this mini paradise. Stroll along the beach and enjoy the quiet surroundings. Large kitchen to cook and spend time with family and friends. Our host was gracious and very accommodating. Communication was excellent. Would highly recommend as a weekend getaway or an extended vacation stay.

Wish we could stay longer at Luxury Beachfront

Our host Georgiana met us at the door. She was delightful in showing us all of the details of her beautiful, self-designed VRBO. There were 4 adults and three children in our group and this beachfront home provided room for all. We especially loved the kitchen/dining room. It was hand-decorated with many added features: fireplace, plenty of coffee makers and pots and pans for preparing breakfast or dinner. The beds were wonderfully comfortable and the bath facilities were excellent. If you have just left the city of Athens you will love the quiet, peacefulness of this VRBO. Our host provided three choices of recommended locations for dinner. We chose the beach and her recommendation turned out to be fabulous! We wish we had booked three nights as it would have been easy to go back to Delphi or Hosios Loukos in a few minutes drive time. I can't say enough about how much our family enjoyed our stay. You will too!

Apartment is one block of beach and beautiful! Georgia could not have been a better hostess. On arrival, we could not believe how well appointed and large the apartment was. Georgia even left provisions for breakfast and homemade treats for us! Could not have had a more pleasurable experience. Thanks, Georgia!

Agreable séjour chez Georgia

Trés agréable et spacieux appartement qui correspond à la description, il y a de plus un petit jardin avec table et chaises. Il se trouve à 100 m de la plage environ. Georgia est venue elle-même nous chercher et nous reconduire à la station de bus en voiture. Des provisions nous attendaient à notre arrivée puis au cours du séjour par la maman de Georgia. L'appartement est situé à Kirra prés de Itea, il y a un super marché tout à côté. Cet appartement est trés bien pour 4 personnes. A recommander vivement.

Visite et bord de mer

Tout à fait conforme à sa description, une occasion de visiter confortablement les sites touristiques de la région de Delphes, tout en étant logé à une dizaine de mètres de la mer. L'appartement est impeccable, bien équipé, tout près d'un supermarché ouvert tard. L'accueil est chaleureux, avec le réfrigérateur garni et less provisions nécessaires pour un premier repas et le petit-déjeuner.
