  • El Little House fue la primera casa construida sobre el Arcadia Ridge Estate, Imón, Ruth y Linda Folsom movieron a su tierra agrícola en la década de 1950 a partir Billstown Arkansas, The Little House fue construida en algún momento de la década de 1930 a partir de una casa mucho más antigua que se encontraba en el mismo lugar, las paredes y los pisos aún muestran clavos cuadrados que se utilizaron de la casa original, pisos de pino rica del corazón se han restaurado, junto a las puertas, techos, y los más de todo el encanto de una casa de campo, tiene un porche largo de todo el camino a través del frente, dar la vuelta cocina con electrodomésticos de tamaño completo., sala de estar sólo tiene TV y reproductor de DVD, así que traiga sus DVDs de películas por la noche, el comedor tiene una mesa para cuatro, cuarto del frente tiene una cama Queen, segunda BR tiene dos camas individuales de largo.

The place was perfect for my family!

The setting was great and we enjoyed exploring the property! The house was lovely, private, and very comfortable. There was a lot of space around the house, and we enjoyed short walks in the morning and early evening. It was also a great location to the Crater Diamond State Park and close to town. DeWayne was an amazing host and provided information about the area including places to visit. We had a great time and plan to come back soon!

There is no fence around yard,it wasn't safe for kids the catage was so close to the road,it was so old and unclean,there was deed bugs and bee was on the floor.I wish I could give mines star .

Comfortable, Clean and convenient

Just what we needed. Clean and warm on the 20 degree nights we had. Beds in both bedrooms were comfortable. We'd stay here again!

Best New Year Ever

Awesome property reminded me of my great grandparents home on a cattle ranch in Texas. Got to dig in the rocks and knock Crater of Diamonds off our bucket list… the owner is one of kind. Might not get lucky at the crater but we found a jewel at the little house!

Clean and host easy to reach.

The house was clean and as pictured. 15 minute drive to Crater of Diamonds. Take your own DVDs as no cable or Wifi..

Superb Communication

Listen, we loved everything about our stay and the home. It was quite cozy and worked well for our family. What I aim to highlight is the incredible communication the homeowner had with us. He was on the ball and went well above and beyond the scope to help us feel comfortable and at ease with how to find things in town and such. I would give this place an A++ even if it was a “dump” (which it was NOT) just based on the communication skills alone. Wonderful trip and comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

Cute bungalow with southern charm

Cute southern charm. Loved the property and the owners have just about all the amenities of home. We do think adding a few more kitchen utensils and a newer coffee pot would have added to the ease of cooking our own meals. But we did let the property owners know. It had a fire pit, charcoal grill and lawn chairs you could relax near the fire or watch the sunset from the front porch.

Cute little house

We enjoyed our Stay. Close to Crater of Diamonds and some very good food at the Miners Diner. We wish we had more time there to explore the area. We would definitely stay there again

We had a wonderfully restful stay in this sweet little house. It had everything we needed and the check in was so easy! Beautiful peaceful surrroundings.

Lovely little house

We had an absolutely amazing stay! Dewayne was very communicative and super easy to work with. The house we quaint and just like stepping back in time. It was just far enough out of town to not be bothered, but close enough that we were close to everything we wanted to do!
