"Very clean and up-kept property, Beds seemed like they were new, our group was happy. The included fire pit and grill were a plus! Our only inconvenience was no hose or wash station to wash off our machines, The owner told us the area has been having water problems at the time we stayed and that was the reason. The air conditioning is also fantastic here. "

"Our second stay this year. Very nice cabin close to the trails and a short ride to Matewan. Can easily ride Devil Anse and Buffalo Mtn from here....even Rock House if you make it a very long day. Super fast communication. Great folks to rent from."

"Nice spacious home with many amenities. Great location to trails. Quiet neighborhood - no loud road noise as we have experienced at other properties. Only issues were: I could not get the front door to bolt when we left, even after following instructions. And could have used a few more towels, especially in the kitchen. Also, please advise other guests if they need to provide blankets. I typically always carry a few thankfully. Loved the amount of space in the house for relaxing and for eating...

"Great over all! Liked the fact that there was laundry !only a couple of things would have made this a 5 all the way. Parking with trailers was tricky. Not enough room to turn around with other trucks and trailers in the lot. I could if the lot was empty. I ended up baking the trailer up the hill.The doors to the laundry machines kept falling off. If I wanted tick infested dogs on my porch begging for food I would have brought my own. What if someone is allergic ? glad we are not ! . The host...
