We were so happy with our stay! The owners were close by and made us feel so welcome. The home was clean yet unfussy, and we didn’t need to take any extra steps to make it toddler proof (although they did provide a gate for the stairs!) The bar and grille next door was a huge plus too. If we go back to Delavan we will absolutely stay here again.

Great weekend getaway!

This property was very easy to find, relaxing, and the perfect size for 4 adults and 1 dog. We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, and if we come back again we’ll definitely want to try the sand volleyball court that’s on the property as well! Another plus, it’s only a 20 minute drive to Lake Geneva and grocery stores are only 5 minutes away!

Convention Trip

The property is great--we've stayed there before and always found it relaxing, comfortable, and cat-friendly. The only downside this time was the neighbors who kept shooting off loud fireworks late at night while we were trying to sleep.

Great Cabin and Best Host

Stayed here over Christmas and the cabin was perfect. Decorated beautifully and a well stocked kitchen. It was nice having a functioning fireplace and the hot tub was a nice bonus. The best part was the owner, who was very kind and made sure our stay was great. We would come back here at the earliest opportunity!

Nice cabin near the lake with picturesque views. Large windows bring in lots of morning light in the dining area. Cozy stone fireplace, nice granite countertops and sunset views from the loft and bedrooms. Loved the Bluetooth speakers to listen to my music. Downtown Delevan is quaint.

Good overall but 1) photos are a bit inaccurate - they make this place look secluded in a forest but you're actually in a neighborhood... with a lot of trees, so not very secluded 2) couldn't find tsp or tbsp measurers - they had one or two but lacked the rest of the basics - very surprising, I haven't seen that before - I came ready to cook and the process was inhibited! - think they lacked dry measurers too - very frustrating. 3) there is no counter in the bathroom which is terrible for a standard woman - I had to truck my things in and out of the bathroom every day - very annoying 4) I would say the owners like their property but they don't love it - many little nicks and dings and small spots where paint is coming off - an obvious lack of love, and 5) it's rather dark inside! There's a large part of the lodging which has no windows. We both noticed this. Light is very important to me. Good overall. Great deck. I would go back only if I couldn't find anything else.

Great Place with Lots to do

We were in Delavan for an extended family weekend so we didn't spend a lot of time at the property since most of our group was down the road. But it has everything: sand V-Ball, horseshoes, bags, great deck with hot tub where you can sit and watch the deer wander by. And the owners were great. We will definitely try to stay again the next time we have a family gathering up there.
