ACCESS AND PARKING

The whole home is yours, including the lakefront lawn, pier, shore station and grill. Self check-in with a keypad. Free parking on the property. A car is recommended to get around the area.



AREA

The Watershed Saloon is a 4-minute walk. Congdon Park, with a 0.9-mile walking trail around a pond, is under 5 minutes away. Phoenix Park Bandshell (about 8 minutes) hosts free concerts three nights a week from late May through early September. Mars Resort is about 14 minutes and the Walmart Supercenter about 12. Also nearby: Lake Lawn Resort with waterfront dining at 1878 on the Lake, Staller Estate Winery and downtown Delavan's shops, antiques and circus murals. Downtown Lake Geneva is 12 miles, about 17 minutes by car.



GOOD TO KNOW

• Children must be supervised near the water at all times.

• No pets: this is an allergy-friendly home.

• No smoking, no parties or events.

• Quiet hours are 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM, per Town of Delavan ordinance.

• An exterior security camera is used for property security only. No indoor cameras.

• Noise monitors measure volume only; no audio is recorded.

• The garage, two white cabinets in the living room, storage above the bathroom closet, the owner's closet, a metal storage cabinet and the crawl space are reserved for the owner.

• After you book, we'll email you an electronic rental agreement to sign. Signing it is required to receive check-in instructions.

• Before check-in, you'll complete our Guest Portal and choose either a damage waiver or a refundable security deposit authorization.
