Come for a relaxing beach getaway a short walk from Lake Delavan, and a stone's throw from Lake Geneva! Access to Delmar Private Beach, and free boat launch just a 4 minute walk away - a dream for family, friends, fishermen, and the like!

Newly updated 3 bedroom, 2 bath with 1500 sqft of living space, and a large back yard for bonfires and fun. Ensuite master bedroom, separate laundry room, home office, and off street parking for up to 4 vehicles. We can't wait to have you!

We stayed in this home while visiting the area for a wedding. We found it to be very clean and very nicely decorated. All of the beds were comfortable and we had all the hot water we needed. The kitchen was well appointed with dishes and cooking utensils. The neighborhood was pretty and quiet. We wished we could stay longer!

Great location with useful association amenities including beach pass, launch, and dock drop off - all within 5 minute walking distance. The house was clean enough, dirty bathroom floors and grill upon arrival but beds, kitchen, clean etc. The middle bedroom has a lingering cat smell, house is pet friendly. Quiet fenced in back yard, fit my family of 6 comfortably!

Cute cottage in a great location

This was a perfect place for us to stay with our two dogs. The yard is fenced, and it is only three blocks to the lake and beach. We would come back!

Great Cozy Stay

This property was super spacious and clean that offered a very at home feeling. I would definitely recommend this place and will consider staying here in the future. Communication was super quick and helpful and the check in/out process was extremely easy.

Cozy and just what we needed

My husband (and our 3 dogs) really enjoyed our stay. The house was cute and cozy. The fire pit was a major bonus as was the fenced yard. The main bedroom did have a fairly uncomfy bed, but the trundle in the room with the TV was a much better option. Overall it was a great place and the host was communicative.

Cute cottage!

We had a great stay at the blue cottage. It's in a quiet neighborhood with a private beach just a short walk away. The fenced backyard is a huge perk as well! The owner also is a good and quick communicator.

Fun on the Fourth

This was a great house for our family. There were three bedrooms and an extra space for sleeping and plenty of room for our crew. Backyard was spacious and great for our stay.

Memorial Day Weekend

We stayed in the cottage for Memorial Day weekend with a group of friends. The location was perfect since we were planning on boating, it was close to the marina where the boat was. There were plenty of bedrooms to accommodate our group of 8 adults, my only minor complaint would be that 2 of the bedrooms have small beds in them so it's not possible for couples to sleep together in them, especially if they are tall. Having two bathrooms was nice but one of them is an ensuite so it would have been better if both bathrooms were accessible to everyone. There is plenty of seating at the table and in the family room area which came in handy on the rainy day so we could gather as a group. All in all we enjoyed the house and the host was extremely quick to respond to any questions/concerns we had. Highly recommend this property if you are staying in the Delevan area.

Camp Bonsky

We had the cutest camp themed bachelorette weekend at the little blue cottage! It was so close to downtown Lake Geneva for delicious restaurants and even closer to enjoy some sun at the beach. Our host was incredible in every way. Very quick to answer, gave food recommendations, and even shipped back an item that was left behind. Could not recommend this place enough if you want to make some magical memories!! 10/10 would stay again :)

Nice stay

Overall, the property was great. Really enjoyed the fire pit and smore making. Everything was really clean and comfortable only thing is that there was no dish soap or laundry detergent provided. Also, I didn’t have enough garbage bags to use. They provided beach access, which was so nice. I would recommend this place to anyone and it is close to everything you need.
