"The property is a duplex. This property was fine last year but we tried to rent the other side of the duplex this year and had to cancel after arriving because one of the 2 bedrooms had the entire floor removed. There was a pile of moldy rotten wood and trash bags next to the front door upon arrival and active construction in one of the bedrooms. "This is a good commuter domicile--i stayed 7 days. I was extremely happy with the studio itself and loved being able to cook my own meals. What surprised me and what I didn't realize was that there is a saloon attached to the property. All in all, the noise control was excellent during the work week. I would not stay over the weekend again, however--while it wasn't horrible, it was noisier than during the week. Also, 1/2 mile away, there are excellent amentities of all types--restaurants,...

"The location is perfect as it’s close to shops and walkable area. I enjoyed my stay. Very clean and cute space. Only issue I had was my dog escaped through part of the fence that was not low enough to the ground. Luckily, it isn’t a super busy street so it was okay. Aside from that, it was a perfect space for our little retreat. Will definitely be back again."
