"The room was very clean, we loved the breakfast delivered to the door every morning. You could tell the owners put alot of care into the whole place. The bed in the room was super comfortable, however you could feel every single spring in the mattress of the pull out couch. All in all, excellent as long as you dont plan on using the pullout couch"

"Everything about this hotel was epic! The room and main area was clean and spacious. The breakfast was dropped off every morning was yummy and filling. Close to walk to the beach and down the little Main Street of Seaside! Loved it!"

"We love staying at this property and have stayed here for the last 4-5 years. The staff is always friendly and helpful. It's conveniently located near the beach and the shopping. The breakfast is excellent with a lot of great options! The rooms are always clean and mostly comfortable. My only complaint on the beds is the couch pull-out. The pad/mattress on it is very thin and it's really uncomfortable. We had to go buy a pad at the store to make it easier to sleep on. They also forgot to stock...

"Property was under construction so I had to take that into consideration but it was still a great place to stay! Everyone was so helpful and the room was just what we needed- the only thing is our room was right outside the housekeeping room and the workers were really noisy morning I wanted to sleep in- but other than that it was great!"

Check in instructions could have been clearer and there could be more kitchen utensils like tongs, a spatula, a colander, etc. I did attempt to contact the property a couple of times over the messenger service, but did not receive a response to either message."
