"The bathtub didn’t drain and it took two days to fix. Pool wasn’t cleaned and the tennis courts needed to be rolled. Six o’clock coffee in the morning is too late for those traveling from the east coast. The gift shop was only opened on certain days. The grounds and staff were great. The food and drinks were overpriced and took forever to get. There were only two other groups in the dining area. The bed was comfortable and it was real quiet in the room.
