"This was a cabin which at that time had an outhouse (since upgraded). We thought the property was fantastic and very well equipped kitchen with many amenities (nice shower room, gas fireplace, fire pit with large supply of firewood, charcoal grill, canoe, raft to swim to, intestines, hammock, 2 docks). We had an incredible stay and hope to return next year. "

"Absolutely beautiful property inside and outside. We had 19 guests and there was plenty of room. Amenities were very nice. Host was quick to respond to our questions. Hope to come back next year. "

The screened porch is probably the best room in the house!It was hot & stuffy when I got there as it was all closed up, but opening some window (esp the door to the screened porch) & turning on ceiling fans had it very comfortable within an hour, and it stayed that way the whole time. "This was a lovely get away from the city - about 4 hours from Chicago with an easy drive. It's a new to renting so we were one of the first renters. It's in great shape, it has a grill and the kitchen utensils meant for cabin life. The host was very responsive with any questions we had. "Beautiful property & well equipped!Great accomodation for our group of varied ages. Very clean inside, however, decks needed some attention.We would definitely consider returning!"

"The property is amazing. Hidden in the woods with excellent shade in the evening. The water front access was great for kayaking and we enjoyed fishing off the dock. Great place for a quiet getaway."

"Our family had a great time! Teenage/grown kids had a great time on the kayaks & canoe. Fishing was good! The neighborhood was quiet and the yard is private. Had everything we needed and was comfortable. We would stay again!"
