"Staff was good and breakfast was quite complete. It was all a bit dated. Hallways and floors, just need refurbishing.
It was clean.
It just wasn't in good shape.
Also the poor night staff had to run front desk, shop, and do guest service runs."

"I booked this hotel specifically for the indoor “heated” pool. The pool was cold and not heated at all. The walls in the room were pretty dirty as was the floor. The worst of it was the German roach infestation in the kitchen. I didn’t anticipate having to spend my night killing roaches on vacation. I have trauma around roaches so needless to say I didn’t sleep easy either. The staff did send an exterminator to spray which did NOT help the roach situation, but also the sprayed so much they let...
