"We had no heat for the entire stay- it was below 20 on some nights and we were freezing. We messaged some agent over and over and they kept having us trying to troubleshoot. Then they said they sent a technician which they did not. I never got anyone on the phone to speak to. They just kept texting me. I thought I was texting a bot.

"the location is great, walkable and easy transportation options. quite close to common and downtown. the place really was spotless and tidy, it was quiet too. Just remember is it small, you are not going to want to spend time there and relax, that worked OK for a couple of days but a week would not be that nice. Also they need to get some power strips. The heat worked well but only went into one outlet, and in today's electronic age you really need more plugs. Grey is not my favorite color...

"The kitchen was well-stocked and the room was amazing! The check-in should be smooth but I had booked an early check in, called 6 weeks prior to arrival to confirm, received an email confirmation and called again to confirm an early check in, and had to sit in the lobby while the company that handles check in told the woman at the desk I was lying and didn’t have one like I didn’t have the paperwork to prove it. "The room is small, without a chair and the bed's overhead reading light didn't work. Thin small bath towels, spotty television service, and lack of trash pickup as advertised made the visit less pleasant. Location is good, parking was difficult to find. "
