"Cell service is very spotty. There is WiFi but even so there is a landline to use for calls due to the spotty wifi. We weren’t there to be on our phones so it was great to unplug. Very quiet we slept wonderfully the bed is comfy. My husband is 6’2 so once at the top of the loft he had to crawl on his knees he was fine with it, Just thought I would share for reference. "Our family really enjoyed the stay at this Home just 5 min. from Florissant, Colorado. Secluded, yet had neighbors near by. The deck was huge and the view of the mountain ranges was tremendous. Pikes Peak in the morning was unbelievable. Hot tub was clean and wonderful, gas fire pit on the lower patio under the stars was also wonderful. Bathrooms were a "bit" aging but clean. Kitchen had everything you need to prepare meals. We will likely stay again the future. Host was prompt in answering...

"The BEST little weekend getaway within an hour from the Springs. The homeowners are super friendly and so considerate. Mr. Davis knocked on the basement door and asked if we wanted to see bears out by the garage! So stinking cool! We loved being able to enjoy the outdoor space and their dogs are the sweetest!!! We will absolutely be staying here again next time we need some time away from the kids! "

"Beautiful house with decks, hot tub and wonderful view. A small balcony off the upper level was the perfect spot to see the stars. While we didn’t cook during our stay, the kitchen was fully equipped with top end appliances. Very comfortable beds. Communication with Steve was great. A short gravel road delivers you to this gem of a getaway. A special perk is the garage which allows your car a space from the changeable Colorado weather. I wish we could have stayed longer. "

"This place was perfect! It was just me who stayed the night, but in the evening, we had a fun outdoor dinner party for my birthday! Amanda was so nice and accommodating. She was so helpful along the way. Beautiful property and area of town. You can tell she works hard to make it perfect. Check out that clawgoot tub! And the beds were so comfy. And all of the trinkets are so cute and perfect for space! Perfect if you like cute spaces and plants. And chickens! Loved being near the chickens....
