Beach View - Kingsdown Resort

  • Beach View is a picturesque, timber lodge-style chalet set within a holiday park in the popular village of Kingsdown. Sleeping six comfortably, there is a double bedroom with kingsize bed and a twin room upstairs, along with a toilet and wash basin.
    Downstairs, there is a third bedroom housing bunk beds, a bathroom, kitchen and open plan lounge/dining room. The chalet is fully equipped with tv; dvd; Freeview; power shower; oven; hob; washing machine and dishwasher and is fully equipped with all the utensils and other items you could possibly need for your stay. Bed linen and towels are also available to hire.
    Out the back there is a beautiful decked terrace with bbq and dining set, where you can eat while gazing at the stunning coastal views.
    To the front, the chalet enjoys charming views of the holiday park and to the side is a well-maintained children's play park. Also on site is a swimming pool, bar/lounge; children's entertainment centre; table tennis and tennis courts.
    Unfortunately no pets are allowed in the park.

    **Early check-in/late check-out available at cleaners' discretion, charged at £10 per hour.

Superb location, brilliant stay

We had a fantastic stay with 4 adults and our baby. The location of the site and chalet are super. The view from the rear terrace is great all day long. Would recommend the chalet for families and friends.

It was great I would book it all over again.

Renting this property was quite easy I really enjoyed my stay there especially with that beautiful sea view from bedroom and window and the rear Varanda and even better communicating with the owner she was really warming and helpful .

Wonderful stay

The property was amazing, very comfortable and clean. Location was brilliant with the view of the beach. We had a terrific time. The pool was brilliant and the activities on site were great, we had a great game of crazy golf. Have recommened the property to friends and family

The location amd facilities onsite are brilliant. The accommodation is small but worked well for us all. We had a small issue while there, but it was sorted out really quickly. The only negative was the cleanliness of the hut, especially the bathrooms.

Seaside gem

Our stay at Kingsdown was magical. These chalets are a wee hidden gem close to Deal. Number 19 is clean, tidy and decorated in a modern "scandi" way. Reanne was a fantastic host. I couldn't fault our stay and would highly recommend visiting.

Lovely chalet. Everything we needed and more. Beautiful outside seating area with view of the sea. The holiday park is well-run and has a nice atmosphere with guests respecting each other. The swimming pool is excellent and the other activities also fun. It's really well situated for many points of interest. Definitely great for English Heritage membership. Dover Castle is impressive with so much to do. Good places to eat out too.Our host was friendly and easy to communicate with and gave us very helpful information about all the facilities. Definitely would recommend.

Süsses Häusschen mit Meerblick

Das kleine Häuschen in dem sehr netten familiären Chalet Park hat uns super gefallen. Man hat einen tollen Blick aufs Meer und muss nur ein paar Meter die Straße runter laufen zum Meer. Das Haus hat alles was man benötigt von Backofen über Mikrowelle und es gibt tolle Spielmöglichkeiten für die Kinder. Der Pool war leider geschlossen, dafür haben wir den Tennisplatz und den Minigolf Platz genutzt. Wir kommen gerne wieder ganz lieben Dank. !

The house was exactly what we expected. Tiny but not too small. All the kitchen applies were available, so you can cook an outstanding meal. The property was an overall great experience.

Absolutely stunning

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The sea views were amazing and the fact that the beach was in walking distance was even better. The on site facilities were good to have access to, though we preferred to explore our surroundings instead. Supermarkets were within 2 to 3 miles from the accommodation which was handy. The people on the grounds and in the local area were very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be revisting.
