Beautiful Beach House, 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath, Bbq, & Firepit.

Located on the south shore of PEI, it is a cozy and comfortable, new, three-bedroom cottage. The decor is very modern and light. There is wifi, washer/dryer, well equipped kitchen including fridge, stove, and microwave. There are three bedrooms. Bedroom #1 has 1 queen bed and an ensuite, bedroom #2 has one queen bed, and bedroom #3 has 2 twin beds. The kitchen and living room are open concept and there is a 32 inch TV in the living room. There is a covered front step and a large deck, equipped with a BBQ and deck furniture. There is a fire pit overlooking the water. There is access to a semi private beach less than a 2 minute walk from the front step.

The cottage is centrally located within a 20 minute drive to Charlottetown, about 30 minutes to Cavendish, 30 minutes to 'Summerside and about 15 minutes off the Confederation Bridge. It is also conveniently located less than 10 minutes from the charming Village of Victoria by the Sea. Victoria is a very quaint and small village with lots to do. There are several very good restaurants, summer theatre, kayak and paddle board rentals and lots of tourist shopping.

Spacious and clean. Lots of closet space for a long stay. House is fully stocked for us to use the fire pit, BBQ, kitchen utensils/gadgets, laundry detergent and softener. Streaming services on the TV. Good shower pressure.Great mid-point on the island to get to other places easily. Steps from the red sand beach where the tide goes out so far. Bring some rubber boots to help explore. Would say do not arrive for the first time after dark. There is an extra turn that Google doesn't direct you with and it gets very dark here - absolutely gorgeous for star gazing.Wish there were curtains on the front door with the large window, but it was easy enough to cover with a towel. All in all, we would stay here again.

50th Birthday Adventure

The house was very clean and had everything that we possibly needed. Jeannie was attentive and kept us updated about important information. PEI was beautiful and the cottage was in a perfect location to explore the island with easy access to Charlottetown too. Hopefully we’ll be back soon!

Beautiful seaside cottage

We truly enjoyed our stay at the cottage. The sunsets are beautiful and the beach is just out the front door. Lots of space to hang out, a deck to have breakfast on. Nice bright rooms and a modern kitchen , this place left nothing to be desired. Will definitely come again

Gem by the Shore

We had a fantastic stay! This pretty cottage is in a great location, very clean and well equipped. Large yard with comfortable deck. The open space in the living room made a great dance floor. Shore walks at low tide were wonderful! A relaxing spot for family or friends. Our host provided us with great information for the local area and the Island. Restaurants, community events and shops were within easy commuting distances.

Nice stay on PEI

The place was spotlessly clean and had everything you could need. Comfortable beds. Very quiet spot with view of the water. Appreciated the 2 bathrooms! We we’re out and about all day till dark so didn’t spend too much time hanging around there, but there’s a nice deck if you’d want to.

Great location p

My husband, my two toddlers and I had such a great stay, very clean, had everything I needed there. No view of the ocean but the walk is so close by, you see a bit of the river while you sit by the fire, and stand on the patio :) you can hear the waves from the front porch, so relaxing :) The only down fall is that the fire pit was far away from the house, but anyone else could love this perk too :) also the host was very nice to answer any of my question like where some things were located :) would 100% go back :)

Quiet off the beaten path with beach access

The location was quiet but not on the shoreline. From the description I thought it was. But you can walk the beach at low tide - really beautiful. The place was clean and equipped - could use a second hair dryer so that both bathrooms have one. Also it was a bit humid so a dehumidifier would help. Two of the beds were not very comfortable. Overall a good stay.
