  • Aproximadamente 1200 pies cuadrados, en casi 1 acre, un montón de estacionamiento fuera de la calle con 2 habitaciones, 1 cama Queen 2 camas individuales, 1 sofá cama queen desplegable, 1 baño, cocina completa, lavadora y secadora grandes, 2 televisores inteligentes conectados a la antena de aire que recibe alrededor de 59 canales (no ofrecemos WiFi, pero el punto de acceso de su teléfono funciona muy bien con los televisores) Hay una gran piscina cerrada / cerrada de 75 'X 10' al lado que se comparte con otras 2 casas en la propiedad. Mi lugar está a 3. 5 millas de la playa, aproximadamente 1 hora a Disney World, Universal Studios o Kennedy Space Center. (Los lanzamientos de cohetes son geniales desde New Smyrna Beach) También hay muchos restaurantes y restaurantes, actividades familiares, vida nocturna y transporte público. Te encantará mi lugar por la gente, el espacio al aire libre y la luz. Mi lugar es bueno para parejas, aventureros en solitario, viajeros de negocios y familias (con niños). Our family had a fantastic time at the Getaway. Check in was easy and the host was super responsive and friendly. The location was great—just a few minutes drive to great restaurants and the beach. Overall wonderful experience!

very charming home, i love the decorations and just the home itself. host was amazing, communicated very fast, very helpful, and accommodating, would most definitely be coming back!

It fit our family needs of 6,it was very roomy,very large kitchen had a problem with the upstairs a/c,called Kim the property manager and she took care of the problem with a portable air conditioner,the pool is large and cold

We absolutely loved our stay here! This is an older home with a warm, comfortable, home-away-from-home feel. If you’re looking for a brand-new, luxury property, this may not be the place for you. But if you’re looking for comfort, a fantastic location, and everything you need for a relaxing vacation, it’s perfect.The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals, the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning kept the house nice and cool. There were plenty of great places to walk our dog, which was a huge bonus. The pool was also a wonderful place for the kids to unwind after a day at the beach.Kim, the property manager, was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. We would recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to enjoy the area

This was the perfect house for a friend's get together! Plenty of space, wonderfully stocked kitchen, and get easy check in and out. Would love to stay here again!

House was neat and clean. Kitchen as well neat, clean. The pool very cute, tho water temp was cold for some. Great to have tv in multiple rooms. Ample supply of towels and toilet paper.

Wonderful facility

Perfect location

We were 3 Miles from the beach and enjoyed a day at the beautiful large pool along with BBQ outside. Definitely recommend trying this place out. Plenty of space in the house to relax with family 👪
