"I came for a three day work trip. The apartment was easy to find. Street parking was available around the corner from the room. The space was clean and beautiful. There were so many great plants that added a nice touch. The kitchen had basic essentials. This was a great place to stay. It was safe, beautiful, comfortable and I would definitely stay again. "

"This was a wonderful property! We come to Dayton a lot for work and family visits. This is our second time staying here. Our Dog loves the massive fenced in back yard and the neighborhood is super quiet and close to everything!Would definitely stay here again!"

"I had a great stay at the Hickory House in Dayton's South Park neighborhood. This is a perfect rental for a couple, though I was solo this trip. It's an older home but fantastically restored inside with brand new kitchen and bathroom, so has elements of vintage charm with modern conveniences. Access was simple with keycode lock. No on-site parking but street parking right in front of house was pretty easy. Excellent location for those visiting their kids at Univ of Dayton. Walking...

"This hidden gem was just perfect for our family. I traveled with my husband, 4 grown children and 3 grandchildren for a funeral and everyone was very comfortable.
