"Great location, enough space for large groups, has everything you need. It's a 3 story beautiful old brick home. The floors are uneven & so are the very narrow stairs but not much you can do about the old architecture just worth notating.The 2nd & 3rd floors do not have sufficient air conditioning. It was easily 80-90 the further up there you went. Wish that had been disclosed in the listing as we were traveling with 2 seniors & 3 kids. The host was quick to respond & have fans delivered...

"Great property and host. Everything I could want was there. Very nice property and very clean with comfortable beds. Fantastic places to eat close by. Wayfare Tavern had some of the best food. Highly recommended"

"We had a great time. The property was clean and the location was great. A quick drive to the Great American Ballpark, so easy we decided to catch a second game while we were there. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. The neighborhood felt very safe. While walking the area there were plenty of friendly people that were happy to point out local places to visit."

"Overall, the stay was disappointing except for the location.
It may have been a decent place when it first opened, but it has clearly not been maintained at all. The bathroom fixtures were rusted, and the cleanliness was especially poor. There was dust and other people’s hair on the bed, so I requested a re-clean. However, I was told that cleaning had already been completed and that I could clean it myself if I wanted.
