This unique home in Dayton is loaded with charm. It has been updated in all of the right places to maintain its original character while providing all of the amenities you desire. You'll get quartz countertops, new appliances, high-end mattresses, and a sit-in front porch. Whether you are here for work or play, this home will be a great "home away from home".

This is a one-story home with laundry space in the basement. The kitchen has been renovated and each of the bedrooms and common spaces have been refreshed.

Perfect spot to stay while touring the Air Force Museum. The house was very well appointed and super clean! The beds were comfy too! Would recommend! There was a little bar right around the corner that served yummy burgers and cold beer!

Loved the place! Quiet and cozy and the perfect place for a family! My teens loved the fenced in backyard and my wife and I loved the screened in front porch for morning coffee and reading. Will definitely be back’

We were in town for a concert at the Fraze, so we just needed a place to sleep for the night before heading home the next morning. We didn't have time to take advantage of the kichen or front porch. If we ever head that way again we'd definitely stay there.

Charming house

It was a very charming two bedroom house just right for my husband and I and our son. It had ceiling fans in the bedrooms which was wonderful for us. The bathtub was a little high getting in since my husband walks with a cane, but he was able to get in it. The front closed in porch with a big comfortable chair was very cozy. The host was great in responding back with any questions that I had. They made our stay very comfortable and we will definitely go back again if we are in that area.. but to let others know that the driveway is very narrow, our CRV did fit, but It was a little tight getting out.

Started two nights property was well maintained and had nice area for hanging out and laundry was in basement. Loved front porch for reading and chilling. Close to air museum and places to eat neighborhood was quiet and easily access off highway

Passing Through

Enjoyed our overnight stay as we are making our way to Michigan to move our daughter out of college. Was nice to have some extra space and to have a yard for our little dog who is in tow. Was clean and beds were comfortable. Would stay here again.

My friend and I stayed here to attend the Cyan Tattoo Invitational. The home was clean, had everything we needed and is in a quiet neighborhood. We will be back next year and hope to rent the same place!

Affordable and comfortable

This two bed house was just what we needed for a weekend away with friends. The Air Force museum is only 11 minutes away and most conveniences are a short drive. A well supplied kitchen and dishwasher made meals easy. Clean and warm environment- thank you!
