Welcome to our cozy private master suite with a dedicated AC, that is attached to the house with a private entrance and a dedicated sidewalk. Sleep well on a queen bed with a memory foam mattress, choosing between soft or hard pillows. It features a well-equipped kitchenette with a microwave, coffee maker, essentials, and a mini-fridge. Enjoy Netflix on the 55" smart TV, work comfortably at the desk, and utilize ample storage in the walk-in closet. The full bath includes towels and essentials. Complimentary snacks and water are provided, ensuring a homely and delightful stay.
The space
Welcome to your private retreat! Our master bedroom, boasting its own separate entrance through a well-lit sidewalk, offers unmatched privacy and comfort. With a dedicated keypad for self-check-in, you'll enjoy effortless access to your space without any interaction, ensuring a private and secluded stay. Though attached to our home, the room is securely separated by a locked door, guaranteeing that your living space is entirely your own.

For your safety, the room is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, making it a smoke-free environment. Nestled in one of the city's most developed and friendly neighborhoods, the rest of our home is shared with a family of three and a friendly miniature poodle. This setup is perfect for guests seeking privacy, convenience, and a touch of home warmth.

During your stay, you'll have exclusive access to the private master bedroom, equipped with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. This includes a separate entrance from the side of the house, ensuring your privacy and freedom to come and go as you please.

Cozy and Convenient Location

The rental was very clean and the location was in a quiet neighborhood perfect for walking our dog. We were in town visiting family in the area, and the rental had very convenient access to major interstates. The host was very friendly and prompt in communicating with us.

We made a roundtrip and this was, especially when it comes to cleanness and comfort, by far our favorite (it is literally neat and tidy :) ). The accomodation is in a nice quiet neighborhood. On top there are some kinds of snacks prepared. That rounded it up. When we come back to the Dayton area this will be the first place we'll want to stay.

I was in town for a professional conference. The owner was excellent and timely with communication. The suite is very nice and the owner provided wonderful amenities. Internet was fantastic and much needed as this was a work-related trip. The neighborhood was very quiet, bed was comfortable and it could not have been a better experience staying at this property.

I had a great stay at this property! It was very clean and easy to access. The host was very accommodating and always checked in to see if I needed anything. The snacks were a great bonus as well. Would definitely recommend staying here!

in town for a wedding

In town for a wedding and traveling with my dog. The neighborhood was very nice so I was able to comfortably take him for walks. My adult daughter was also traveling with me and felt safe jogging in the neighborhood. Communication was great. It was nice and the price was great.

Just what I needed! Felt like a studio apartment, minus the full kitchen. Had a fridge, coffee maker and microwave. Great walk-in closet and the bed was comfortable. Great supply of snacks! What a thoughtful touch!

This is an ensuite bedroom with a private entrance. It is clean, well maintained and quiet. The bedding is nice and the towels are thick and absorbent. There is a kitchenette that includes a small refrigerator, microwave and a combo (choose grounds or pod)coffee maker. The hosts have added a few light snacks as well as several coffee pods. What a nice touch!
