Peaceful ranch home with fenced yard

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. Close to downtown Dayton, Fraze outdoor concert venue, lots of local and unique shopping in South Dayton and near tons of restaurants! Our home is waiting for your family or friends! This home has three bedrooms but has a queen bed in 1 room, and a full size/twin bunk in 2nd room. Third bedroom is set up for an office area or bring your own crib, or air mattress.
Beds have new, comfortable mattresses to ensure a great nights sleep. 1 full bathroom with tub. Washer and dryer in home, along with iron, iron board and hair dryer. Kitchen is fully stocked for home cooking, we just ask you wash dishes throughly and put away prior to leaving.
Check in is at 4PM (You can request earlier access if no one is checking in after you) Check out is 10AM.

Mediocre stay the photos are deceiving

Upon arrival the carpet was gross I had to vacuum as soon as I arrived at 3am with my children due to dirt, fuzz, stains and paint on the carpet. Prior to allowing the dogs in the home. I put brand new pants on 1 year old who is in the crawling stage the knees were nasty after 10 minutes so i kept her in the pack n play, when there. The house cosmetically is gross, the vanity moves off the wall when your brushing your teeth, there was tp in the toilet, the kitchen floor is installed improperly, the backsplash looks like a blind man did it. The doors don't close all the way, my daughter fell in the shower since there was no grips in the bathroom. There was food splatters in microwave, and some one else's milk in the fridge door. It took an hour just to find the remote to the ONE tv in the house under the couch, the yard is nice for the dogs except the pile of lumber behind the garage they could get hurt on. We were there only to shower and sleep. Giving it 2 stars to be potential unlike the host
