Cozy home for our family and dog! The basement is so fun. And the host is very responsive to any issues.

Everything was clean and orderly. The host is very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The kids had a lot of fun playing pool and air hockey.

Great Stay

The house was super clean! We enjoyed the game room very much! It’s hard to find a family place to keep teenagers and adults both happy and this place did just that! Very pleased with our stay.

Rainy day was no problem for the kids (or us)

If we ever get the chance to go back, we are definitely going to stay here again. Responsive hosts, basement full of fun (board games and pool table, arcade games, ping pong, air hockey and more). Just an enjoyable family trip.

Overall good. The basement was good and lots to do entertaining wise. There were a ton of games to play. Some things that would improve the place. The shower shelf needs replacing. The couches could be better. The beds were okay but not the most comfortable. A bunk- bed in the kids room would have been awesome.

Great experience

We stayed here when we came to town for University of Dayton family weekend. The location was an easy 18 mins from campus, and close to the restaurants that Beavercreek has to offer. Would definitely stay here again. The basement games were a unique and fun feature.

We had a wonderful time at this lovely home. Everything was easy to find and great to use. The basement game room was AMAZING! We had a wonderful time! The home is also very close to restaurants and stores. Great!

Dated but a good value

We were here for a wedding. It was great to have the games in basement to keep us entertained. Plenty of yard for dogs too.

Girls Weekend

We came for a bowling tournament, the house was perfect for the weekend. It was close to everything we needed. Having the kitchen made it convenient for us to easily eat meals and then watch movies or play games.

Wonderful place to stay.

Home was nice, in good neighborhood and basement game room was amazing. Host was super nice and easy to work with. Would stay again or defend recommend. Had 3 nice bedrooms and pull out couch.

Dayton trip

We had a great time. We came out to dayton just for the air force museum. It was so nice to have a house that offered so much entertainment for when we were done for the day. Another plus is that it was so close to everything as well. Anything we really needed was within about a min trip

Basement Game Room Perfect for Teens/Families

Extra comfortable beds and well supplied kitchen. The Game Room was wonderful since there were several rainy days where outdoor activities were limited. We also enjoyed the covered front porch and the midcentury neighborhood. Cute houses, very walkable and extremely close to shops, restaurants, etc. Would stay there again if we are ever in Dayton.
