"We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. The property is absolutely breathtaking! "

"This was a very clean and quiet place to spend a few days. We were really surprised as to how large the condo is compared to the pictures. We were very comfortable! The unit is on the second floor, but there is a ramp leading up to the unit which really helped with my husband's mobility issues. The check in and check out process was easy and well communicated. Maxx was a wonderful host! We hope to stay here again in the future!"

"We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! Even though there were many homes around it, the positioning of this one on the hill made it feel like we were in a much more secluded area, and we even had a few deer visitors in the backyard in the morning. The house was clean and comfortable with simple yet beautiful decor."

"We had a 4 person motorcycle trip, and this particular venue worked perfect. Right off HWY 7 with ample, flat parking, and quick access to the rooms. The option to add rooms within the same complex was very nice. There was also two fans available in the laundry room to dry out our gear after the long wet ride, and it was much appreciated. Great host, and great location."

"Searching last minute for a place to stay with the entire family and one that accepts a giant dog is always stressful. Fortunately, I came across the flat on front street and it just so happened to be available, accepting of our dog, and in a perfect location. The entire process was seamless. The apartment was spacious, welcoming, tidy, and close to many unique businesses all within walking distance. The check in and check out processes were thoroughly explained. "This unique house is in a great area. Within walking to several historic sites, river, and beautiful homes. The house is older but very functional for our needs. Front porch nice to sit. There is traffic noise from the corner but you get accustomed to it. We enjoyed our time there. "

"This was a very spacious apartment with windows and full deck access from both the main room and the bedroom. The unit was clean and well-appointed with a large kitchen and main room. It is a short walk to restaurants and about a mile to the charming downtown. The host was very responsive when I reached out. This is one of the nicest VRBOs I've stayed in and I will definitely choose this one again when I'm in the area."

"Beautiful historic home. Very clean, very comfortable. A/C works great, luxury bedding and inviting front porch to enjoy morning coffee. Host was easy to communicate with and check in/ check out was a breeze. Highly recommend & will stay here again next time we visit Marietta. "

"We love staying right downtown and that's what this apartment was. Convenient parking, comfy bed, nice big shower. We didn't use the kitchen at all. Stairs and a long hallway once you get into the building, but very well lit and safe."

"We love the two separate cabins and enjoyed the fishing in the Ohio river. We even caught a catfish! We had everything we needed for our stay and the communication was great from the host. We wish we could have stayed longer than 1 day. Watch out for the poison ivy on the bank but other than that, great stay!"
