  • Beautiful mountain home features 5 bedrooms plus a sleeping loft for teens and tweens! Calling all skiers! Dew Review is a true ski in/ski out home on Timberline Mountain's Lower Dew Drop Trail. Even less experienced skiers will feel confident on this designated blue trail. When it is time to slow down it’s easy to separate from the teens and tweens. In every season Dew Revue features a bonus room with an extra-large TV plus a foosball table. A well-equipped kitchen is the answer to getting the gang back together for friendly gatherings and memorable meals. Sleeping spaces are large and lovely! Please take the virtual tour. Friends Slope-Side Ski Week

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 3rd time renting Dew Revue (and we have re-rented for next year). It is a great slope-side location and fits our multi-family group well with all the vast space!

Perfect

This house was perfect for our group of 10 (6 adults and 4 kids). It is well furnished, well kept, and in a great location, close to Blackwater Falls, Dolly Sods, Canaan Valley Resort State Park, and Seneca Rocks. We loved it!

Slopeside on Dewdrop

Great house and location! Great for ski in/out, especially for night skiing. House was spacious and comfortable. A hot tub would make it perfect.

West Virginia ride

great place to stay all year around, prompt support when required by mgmt team, some items need to be fixed for the next visitors : spa was not there, removed long time ago and not replaced, fireplace need to be fixed, showers with water pressure issues, grill need to be fixed... other than that very nice house with kitchen space holds big group.

Great place!

The house was perfect for our group of 10 with 6 adults, 2 teens, and 2 children ages 6 and 8. We loved the location -- close to lots of activities, including rock climbing and hiking at Seneca Rocks, canoeing and kayaking on the Cheat River, near Davis and Thomas with restaurants and biking. We had a great time for the second year in a row.

Great Place for a Family Ski Vacation

Wonderful place, great location needs minor maintenance

We love this place. Ski in, ski out off the deck, kitchen greatly equipped. Ample room for kids to play and watch skiers go by the window. Does need all the toilets “flappers” changed and toilets adjusted. I am sure the water bill shows the results of toilets running.

So easy to simply hop on Lower Dew Drop and ski down to the lifts, it doesn't get any better than that. Only wish there was a hot tub, that would make it even more complete. Until next year!

Upon arrival we found that the house was air conditioned. There was no mold smell--something we have encountered many times in the past. In fact we all agreed that this house was the winner of the annual "house competition" and will try to book it for next year's reunion.

The house was well equipped and suited our needs and comforts. We did not leave the house for any other reason than to ski. Only downside was the jacuzzi in the master bedroom did not work. (Would have been nice for these old bones!) Everyone was very nice and helpful. We would definitely go back.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were 4 senior couples+1, and enjoyed our weekend at DR. While the house was pretty clean, our ladies left the house much cleaner than when we arrived; scouring the sink, kitchen trash can and dirty dish towels/oven mitts. WiFi was often spotty and had to be reset often. The shower door in the main floor bdrm was also falling off, so wasn't used. On the +side, the house was roomy and comfy and we'd go back.

The house is well maintained and equipped. Best of Canaan is a joy to work with and absolutely superior to other local rental companies. In my experience, Best of Canaan allows for a 3PM check-in (others are 4PM). Best of Canaan rentals provide firewood (others make you purchase overpriced & wet wood). Best of Canaan removes trash for you (others make you dispose of trash yourself). Great house, great experience. Dew it!

Excellent. Plenty of room for family.

The house was great,very clean. I love the fact that we had plenty of towels. The children had a lot of room to play. The kitchen was great and plenty of room for everyone to sit together to eat. The weather was wonderful in August no less. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the Jacuzzi bathtub. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Would love to come back again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family has been vacationing in Canaan for more than 30 years and this house was the nicest so far!! Lots of space and a huge deck to enjoy the beautiful weather. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed to cook and enjoy our time here. The house was clean and comfortable. The only things that were not convenient was the stairs into the house with my elderly mother and a hot tub would be nice. But like I said in the opening line.... Best house yet.
