"We were very pleased with the whole experience. Our host was very pleasant and went to the extra effort of leaving a half dozen eggs and a small pitcher of milk on the fridge to get us buy for the first night's stay. Because our stay was longer than most (10 nights), Amanda left extra towels and bed sheets for us.Next time back on the Sunshine Coast we will definitely book our stay at Laurel Cottage in Davis Bay."

"What a gem this is! Clean and comfortable is just the beginning. From a well appointed kitchen to thoughtful little things like spare reading glasses, the owners clearly take a lot of pride in hosting. And the cottage is just darn cute!! The outdoor spaces really made it, from the patio set that was perfect for our morning coffee to the private covered firepit with cosy chairs and blankets where we enjoyed a rain storm. "Dave & Michelle's place is awesome. This place is stunning, as are the ocean views from the deck. It is spacious and comfortable and has everything anyone could want. We spent four nights here and could have stayed more. There are so many lakes in the area, and it is so beautiful in Garden Bay. Dave makes a great cinnamon bun and Michelle has some of the best Asian food we have eaten. You must try these. Communication was great and we can't wait to return. "

"Judith and her family were great hosts. The space was clean and inviting and we were able to use the paddle boards provided. Great location near beautiful beaches as well."

"Beautiful property, spotless clean. Million dollar view. The only negative is the third bedroom is tiny with no place to set luggage. you have to walk in hallway to get too bathroom. "

"The name and location for this place is entirely justified based on my family’s experience. Awesome place to stay and pool table was a wonderful addition. My son loved this additionWe highly recommend this place."

"We were greeted by Lorraine and Casey, plus three of their adorable pups in the front yard, then shown around the property. It is quaint, private and homey. We loved the hot tub and the bed was cozy, if a little difficult to get out of in the night due to the small alcove it sits in! We spent two peaceful nights at the suite and recommend it. Thank you for the hospitality "

"Such a beautiful home, in the most beautiful location I’ve ever stayed in! Worth it for the neighborhood alone. There are deer and rabbits everywhere. The view is incredible and there are so many stunning beaches, parks and trails within 5 minutes. The owners/hosts were very kind! I highly recommend to stay here if it’s available. I am dreaming of coming back next year!"
