"The check in process took us 3 hours in total. We were not sent the check in instructions and when we tried to call the number listed there was no one connected. After waiting 2.5 hours someone connected and when we managed to talk to her she then couldn’t get the lockbox code which took another 30 minutes "

"The check-in process was awful and complicated. They wanted copies of my driver's license and ETA. And I sent that several times but once was not good enough. They wouldn't send me the access code because their online check-in system didn't work. The bed/pillow upon arrival had hairs and what looked like a burger on it. The hotel smelled awful. There was no window in one of the rooms - I am pretty sure that violates fire code/building code. The room we booked wasn't available upon...
