Gatted community 4 bed villa with lots of extras. Lots of room for the family

A large 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa in the beautiful Watersong community located in Davenport. This home comes with its own private pool & spa overlooking conservation land and sits in a prime position, just a few short steps from the community clubhouse which offers a beautiful pool area and gym, sand volleyball and play area.

This home offers plenty of space, comfort and a peaceful place to relax after a busy, fun-filled day. Upon entering the home you'll see a formal living and dining area for those shared evening meals after a day out. The kitchen, dining room and living area are open plan to ensure plenty of space for larger groups. The kitchen is well equipped with coffee maker, dishwasher and microwave, a dining space to enjoy breakfast in the morning and a large seating area to watch a movie on the large TV. The house also comes with its own washer and dryer for your convenience.

Outside offers a lanai with table, chairs and loungers by the pool and spa area overlooking conservation land so you and your family have plenty of privacy and peace whilst swimming. Pool towels are provided also.

Back inside the villa offers 4 bedrooms, a king master suite, two queen bedrooms and a twin room sleeping a maximum of 8 people. The master suite offers an ensuite bathroom with separate tub and walk in shower. There are a further two bathrooms shared between the remaining three bedrooms.

The garage has been converted into a games room with a pool table and air hockey table provided for your leisure. Additionally, the house is equipped with a high chair, stroller and pack and play in case needed.

Watersong lies approximately 15 minutes from the I-4 so easy travelling to the various theme parks, beaches and shopping malls offered in Central Orlando and on Florida's coasts. If you prefer to spend time at your home from home, the resort club house is a very short walk away and provides a beautiful pool with plenty of loungers for relaxing. A selection of stores and restaurants are also within easy drive ensuring that you're far enough away from the hustle and bustle to enjoy the quiet and be able to relax but are also within easy reach of all the conveniences you might need or want on a daily basis.

The host was very responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay. The dryer was not working and the host was able to get someone from maintenance to come and fix it as soon as they could even with the holiday. There were no wash cloths so we had to buy those while staying there and a few of the pillows were not in the best shape and needed replaced so we bought a few of those while there also. Other than that we had a nice stay!

Big potential, disappointing home

On checking in to the villa we noted numerous problems. The air conditioning did not work until a repairman was sent days later; the spa/pool did not heat, leaving us with cold pool for days. I am still waiting for a refund of the 25 per day pool heat surcharge. Towels and pillows were very worn out and it seemed overall that there had been little expenditure in basic upkeep. Garbage disposal also did not work until repaired by David. Many light bulbs were not working, some were replaced by David. Even the universal remote had problems (mute button did not work). The house itself was large and in a beautiful neighborhood. In my eight years of renting homes on VRBO this home was the most disappointing because due to lack of upkeep, it did not live up to its potential. This is the first VRBO review I have felt strongly enough to complete.

Very spacious, large home

The house is very spacious. David, the property manager was awesome. He always answered promptly and addressed our questions or concerns. Master suite is huge with ensuite bathroom with large shower. Second queen suite was perfect for my 93 year old mom. We really didn't use the other 2 bedrooms. The suites beds were comfortable. Only downside was the carpet in all the bedrooms are in desperate need of being replaced.

Huge house, lovely stay!

This house was far bigger than the photos gave credit. Our 4 kids all had plenty of space, and the master bedroom was nicely secluded and spacious, with an ensuite. The pool was awesome - definitively pay the extra to have it heated. (It was like a hot tub for us Canadians!) Note; if staying more than a day or two, bring your own bar soap, shampoo, etc. There were 2 laundry pods provided and 2 dish pods. Beds were comfy, but not enough pillow cases. House was clean and nicely appointed. We would absolutely stay here again, it was perfect for our family. The gated community was safe and clean, and the community pool and hot tub were lovely. Highly recommend.

Awesome!

We just spent 8 nights in this property! It was AMAZING!! Everything was as listed. It’s a little further from parks than we’ve normally stayed, but getting to and from was not difficult at all. There are many restaurants, grocery stores, and gas stations within a few minute drive. And, the pool and hot tub were a highlight after a long day at the parks, even for six adults. The owner was very quick to respond. I would highly recommend and if I make it down again I’d definitely book this house!!!

Needs better cleaning , wasps and ants

We had such a busy vacation we were barely in the home, so these things weren’t high priority for us. Several bulbs out in each room, walls were dirty. In one of the kids rooms there is pink juice or something along the wall. There were socks under our bed from a prior guest. Carpet was worn and dirty, Furniture had lots of stains and the headboard in the master bedroom wasn’t connected to the bed. I had to lay low so my hair wouldnt get caught in it. Also, it would make a popping noise anytime I turned. There are giant wasps nests in the entry to the living room and lots of ants. The gate to the pool is broken so we couldn’t even safely secure it to ensure little ones couldn’t get in. There was an issue where about check out time but it got resolved. Ice and water from fridge tastes awful so bring your own. Last thing, due to this areas traffic nothing is really close, universal is at least an hour away and Disney is about 35. You only get one trash bag and no laundry detergent, barely any toilet paper so make sure you stock up.

Wonderful Neighborhood

The neighborhood was amazing, quiet and safe. House was clean and pool was amazing. The only issue we had was with multiple lightbulbs being out in most of the rooms. Otherwise great stay!

Great house for the price.

Overall the stay was great. A few things need updating like the game room and some kitchen utensils. The house was clean and with a lot of room. It was 30 minutes away from the parks, and great location to be away from all the busy and long lines. Big pool with pool toys to have fun with and room to relax outside. I would recommend the house to stay in.

Perfect getaway!

The location was great as we wanted to avoid the commercial area this trip. But, everything was still just a few minutes away for when we wanted to get something to eat or to shop. We didn't plan to take in the amusement parks this trip but they would have been easy to get to as well. Communication with the host was great! The pool and spa were perfect for a stay centered around rest and relaxation! We hope to come again!

Great home away from home.

So glad we found this property. The property manager David was easy to talk to and fast to responding. Beautiful home and the heated pool was a plus. My kids enjoyed it very much. The home have so much space for a family of 6. The check in process was very easy and the gate attendants were so nice and always happy. The home was beautiful and sits in the quiet area and the great thing about it, it's across the gym and the community pool and playground. I will definitely book it again next year. Thank you so much.

Not too far from Disney and other theme parks!

David was very good about getting back to us with answers! There was a mis communication with the pool heated wasn’t able to use it during our stay but everything else was good! Quiet neighborhood and easy getting around , would stay again!!
