We stayed here for seven days over Thanksgiving for our Disney trip, and sadly it was the worst BnB experience we’ve ever had. The house looks nice in photos, but we arrived to a blue tarp on the roof and clear leak damage inside. The screen door was also broken—the metal bent easily and the screen was flimsy.The downstairs thermostat was locked, and it took management over 12 hours to send the code, leaving us stuck at 78 overnight. The listing claimed three king beds, but there were only two, which was tough for our large family.We cooked a lot for Thanksgiving, but almost every utensil was broken, the knives were extremely dull, the sink barely drained, and the garbage disposal didn’t work and stayed backed up.Most outlets didn’t work—likely from water damage—and the water never got hot. Even the first shower of the day was only lukewarm, and the rest of us had cold showers all week.Overall, we were very disappointed. The condition of the house, inaccurate listing, and all the issues made this our worst stay yet. We wouldn’t return.
