Dirty

I never want to have to say bad things about renting a place, and frankly I have never had to until now, the house as a whole was fine, but from the moment we walked in it was horrible, the house smelled bad it was so dirty, the pool was green I had message the manager about this and nothing was done about the dirtiness but they did have someone come clean the pool, the hot tub broke on the first day and was never fixed for our whole trip which was 7days the master bedroom was so hot we had to buy a fan, they would t allow you to change the temperature in the house, the bathroom light was out, the light bulb in the master bathroom was out, the blinds for patio door had lost about 4 of them so you could see in and out with neighbors very close, There was barely any kitchen appliances meaning no baking sheet no pizza pan the coffee pot was moldy when we opened it, we did tell them about that and they did bring us a new one. But overall it was just not a very good experience for the amount of money you have to pay. Unfortunately I would not recommend this place to anybody.

Just my husband and I property was clean and spacious all the amenities worked. Well equipped kitchen. Minor nicks and dings . Overall was great!!!!

This is great home to relax in with the family

This place was great we enjoyed every day of it , and the community was really nice with all new homes. I would love to get this house again. The communication was great and I really appreciate the accommodation

Somewhat disappointed.

When we arrived the outside of the house was totally overgrown with weeds and not well cared for at all. The front door was in bad need of a paint job. However, once we went inside the house was very clean and lovely decorated. We were also disappointed with the pool . We had to have service people come many times before it was up and running and the heater had to be restarted many times. We purchased throws for both the sofas as the leather was ripped on all three . We felt this was not up to the standard we were expecting. Sorry but I would not book this again . David and Char

Little things were overlooked by the management company making our stay unenjoyable.

At first look it was a large lovely home, but as the stay continued a lot of things made our stay unenjoyable. One thing was the tile floors were filthy my sons feet were black after running barefoot for the first few hours. Secondly the house is a self care home, which is great for us, unless the dryer doesn't work. They dryer vent was so clogged it never dried the towels that we needed to wash to keep using for the 10 stay. Next, the couch you see in the picture is coming apart and little flakes of synthetic leather get all over you and the floor and even got in my son's eye. Then the microwave vent cover flew off when we opened the door to heat something up and it hit my husband in the face. The air conditioner didn't work and my husband who is has experience in HVAC went to the condensing unit to fix it himself. We had questions about the pool heat and someone came while we were out and they left the gate opened. We have a 5 year old autistic son who is drawn towards the water. I'm glad I noticed right away the bolt was undone, because we were never informed anyone was coming that day. I complained about all these things but nothing was really ever addressed. I was just told the owner would be informed. I never heard from the owner and had to keep calling the office to see what was going on. Still nothing not even an apology. Would never rent this home or anther from this management company again.

Awesome!

We had a wonderful time on our vacation with this house as home-base. It was exactly as described and met our needs perfectly. Very clean. Great layout. Everything worked. Thanks for a comfortable place to spend time with the family.

Overall good but couple of small changes would make it very good!

Overall this was a great villa and we had a good time. There was no games room and outside, only 2 sun loungers for a villa sleeping 8! There were 4 of us so had to take in turns. The complex facilities were really good and would recommend.

Myself and family enjoyed the property very much. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area. The only drawback was that it became cumbersome at times to always stop at the guard gate, and most of the times it was a long line just to get through the guard gate personnel. I understand the need for security, ( which is very much appreciated); however, there could be a better system of allowing renters staying at the properties for an extended period of time to be able to enter the property. For example or a suggestion would be to give renters after the initial check for the first time, that a parking pass or permit be issued during their stay. The permit could show the dates of the renters stay, or even issue an electronic pass that renters could use to open the gate to access the property. You could even give the renters a pass code as you do for the access code to the actual property. One more thing, this past week that we were staying at the property, it was unusually warm and humid; we were very uncomfortable in the evening with the heat, and the air conditioner did not provide enough cool air. All in all as I stated above this property was very pleasing.
