Winegrowers (AOC Moulin-à-Vent, prestigious Beaujolais appellation / tasting & sale possible on site), Marion and Augustin welcome you to an authentic 18th century winegrowers' residence, carefully restored & steeped in history. , located on a historic wine estate (dating from the 14th century), leaning against a south facing hillside on the edge of a small pasture & quiet lane, close to the surrounding vineyards & the listed Romanesque church of the village (12th century). In the heart of a small wine-growing town typical of the Mâcon countryside, nestled at the foot of the famous Roche de Solutré labeled "Grand Site de France" for its exceptional heritage and landscape riches (one of the largest prehistoric sites in Europe rich 50,000 years of human presence) offering a superb unobstructed view over the Saône plain to Mont-Blanc! Magnificent preserved environment nestled in a sublime landscaped setting, bucolic rolling countryside alternating vast hillsides of vineyards & wooded hills of the beautiful surrounding wild forests. Very comfortable cottage. Warm country character, combining tradition and modernity in an elegant harmony, between contemporary spirit and a soft "bourgeois" atmosphere worthy of a "family home".
