Beautiful condo

We loved our short stay and would definitely book this unit again. It was super clean, nicely decorated, well appointed with everything we needed, and the beds were comfy. Our grandkids really enjoyed the pools, and the beach view was lovely. However, believe the photos when it comes to the distance to the beach. The "2-minute walk to the beach" is just where the boardwalk ends. For us, it was actually another 5 minutes hauling beach gear through the hot sand to get to the water. Not a big deal for young folks, but it was a bit of a trek for us boomers! Still, a great property, and we'd stay again!

Very nice

Loved the Condo. Beautiful decor. However when we arrived 2 drawers in fridge was not functioning properly. So we did not use them. The freezer had shelves missing, and the stove was very scratched up. Although minor issues, we would stay here again. Great view of the beach! Complex very well maintain!

Wonderful stay

My family and I really enjoy Dauphin Island, and this property was perfect for our stay. It was really clean and conveniently located on the beach. We would make multiple trips to the beach daily. The pools were nice and clean, and the kitchen was nicely stocked with all of the utensils needed for cooking our meals.

Peaceful, convenient location

The condo was exactly as advertised, checkin was a breeze, had all the info I needed well before hand. Condo was walking distance to multiple restaurants. View was great, condo was clean, overall a great experience!

3rd Time to D.I.

The property we stayed at had all the basics: stove, fridge, washer/dryer, cable TV, indoor plumbing, internet access. The view from the balcony was outstanding and the bed was very comfortable for sleeping. Access to the beach and town were great.That said, the condo was showing signs of wear. There was dog hair on the furniture, floors and under the bed. The LR rug and armchairs could use cleaning too.Since I was working during our stay, the dining table was the only place where I could set up a laptop and spread out. We ended up purchasing chair pads for sitting at the table, because perched for any length of time on the high chairs grew uncomfortable. The condo lighting could be improved and the ensuite bathroom fan sounded like a semi grinding through it's gears. I realize there's no control over exterior maintenance projects, but during our stay there was construction going on around the pool below the condo, including concrete cutting, jackhammering and cement work. We left "up north" to escape winter, but the cold weather followed us. During our first week, Mobile set a record for low temperatures. An auspicious start to say the least, followed by an all-day rain on Sunday. The folks who manage the property are doing a good job on behalf of the owners, The property is secure and the people onsite are friendly and good communicators. We have been to D.I. 3x to escape the winter weather in northern Wisconsin, and enjoyed the break despite any inconveniences.

Lovely!

This is a lovely condo with a fabulous view of the Gulf from inside the master bedroom, living room, kitchen (well-appointed), and from the balcony! Very tastefully updated and decorated, the condo is squeaky clean. We ate on the balcony every meal we could. We spent the days on the beach (at the end of the boardwalk from the condos) or exploring the Island by bike or on foot. We also enjoyed the heated pools. The condo was wonderful to come back to every evening for a relaxing end to the day. There’s a room for kids too, if you bring the family. With two full baths and a laundry room, it would be perfect. We loved our time on the Island, and having this lovely place to rest and relax in was icing on the cake!

Wonderful beach stay

We stayed at Unit 404 for a second time and enjoyed it just as much as last year. The condo is very well appointed with comfortable furniture and a well-stocked pantry. Our only suggestion is that the unit owners replace the nonstick pans, which are scratched up to the point that we were somewhat wary using them, and replenish the wine glasses, as there were only 1 or 2 champagne flutes and no regular-sized wine glasses. Being there during the off-season, we enjoyed how quiet the area was, and we often had the beach to ourselves. The check-in and check-out processes were painless, and the building team was kind and communicative, letting us know right away when we our meal kit got delivered. A great stay all around!

Very nice, had stayed in this unit previously.

Check in process a mess, gate code given was incorrect and had a difficult time contacting anyone to get correct code. Office hours listed as 3:00 - 5:00 for check-in, arrived at 4:00, no one around. Other than the gate code mess, not a huge deal.
