This vacation rental is located in the Daun-Weiersbach neighborhood. Among the region’s attractions are the Daun Wildlife and Adventure Park, featuring a falconry center and Monkey Gorge, a summer toboggan run, and a self-guided car tour through the wildlife enclosures. Also included is Kasselburg Castle with its wolf enclosure and eagle breeding program, The Lieserpfad trail, which runs right past the village, is perfect for hiking to the Manderscheid castles at any time of year. Not far away is the legendary Nürburgring with its world-famous Nordschleife. The maars—also known as the “Eyes of the Eifel”—are in the immediate vicinity and invite you to swim, hike, fish, and more. The growing waterfall at the Dreimühlen near Nohn is also worth a visit.
