"First of all, while this was a nice hotel overall, it was nowhere near the 9.6 rating I saw when I booked it.
For a short stay, it can be a practical option, especially for families or larger groups who need two rooms, a kitchenette, cooking facilities, and a washing machine. However, I would not particularly recommend it for solo travelers who prefer something newer, more modern, or more stylish. The building and facilities are clearly not new.
The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful,...

"プールは1階と5階にそれぞれ一つずつあります。1階のプールには浅い所もあり子連れには嬉しいです。
子供の遊び場(滑り台)が朝食会場にあり、食べながら遊ばせることも可能です。
朝食会場ではキッズチェアも貸してくれます。(ベルト付き)
お客さんの層もスタッフもよかったので、
安心して子ども連れも泊まれます！
ただ子連れで徒歩圏内にレストラン等はなさそうだったので、移動は車が必要です。
大人のみでの徒歩ならありそうです！
また大人のみならばバイクのほうが早くて楽です！
ホテルのロビー横にレストラン？カフェ？があり、そこでもローカルフードやピザパスタなど食べられますが、ホテル価格なので割高です。

私たちが泊まった部屋には電子レンジや電子コンロ、冷蔵庫、鍋やお皿も付いていたので、自炊も可能です！部屋の中にウォーターサーバーもありました。
ホテルにスパもあり、
バリニーズマッサージ60分で400000ルピア程度でした。
子連れでフリー時間が短い私たちにはとてもありがたかったです。
スタッフみんな子どもに対して 優しく、とても気持ちよく利用できました！"

"The villa was cleaned however there was ants around the kitchen and also our dishes from breakfast wasn’t washed . Was a bit disappointed when we got back from our day trip"

"The room was amazing, large spacious with good size pool. However it had no food available to your room after breakfast. They say they have a selection of close by restaurants that will deliver to your door. I tried three of them and they all said they dont do deliveries anymore. Ended up getting food from gojek so i could enjoy food in my villa and ended up getting food poisoning. "
