It’s a great location, making it easy to get everywhere in town. We would definitely stay there again. Highly recommended if you’re traveling to Evansville!"

"This house was in a great locationand we had lots of fun"

"Beautiful home that was clean and updated. Comfortable beds and seating areas. There were a few ants on the kitchen counter but nothing major. Great laundry, outdoor space, plenty of closet space and hangers in each room. Lots of dishes, silverware and cups for a group even though there was only 2 of us."

"This was a very important trip for my family as we were interning the remains of loved ones. Our host was great! The house is very nice, and the backyard was exactly what we needed."

"2nd year in a row that we have stayed at this property for a dance competition. Family loves the uniqueness of the property and the location is wonderful. Has all the amenities you need. The only con I had was window a/c in the 3rd bedroom sounded like it was dying a horrible death. Thankfully it was cool enough I didn't need to use it."

"Three ladies getting away for a long weekend found a perfect oasis. This is a beautiful, quiet, property with a large private backyard. Perfect to enjoy time outside with the fire pit, yard games, a cook out. This place looks exactly like the pictures, everything is spotless and looks new. We had no problems getting checked in or out and our host was promptly available to message. We all enjoyed the beds and having our own rooms was so nice to relax. "We enjoyed our weekend stay at this country p property, the house is spacious and a great place to stay if you are visiting family and/friends in Evansville and nearby areas. The house is spacious and the host was accessible. We felt like the check out time was too early compared to other places that we had stayed during our travels. "

"We really enjoyed staying in this wonderfully restored cabin. It's private, tastefully decorated and beautifully landscaped. We'll definitely stay again if we're in the area. Highly recommend!"

"We stayed for a week with our tween boys. They loved having a basement with games to retreat to. We enjoyed everyone having their own space. Close to most places."

"Not a bad house. Easily accessible. Good communication with property manger. A couple things to consider:- Needs to have a solution for trash. We couldn’t find anything outside, and the trash from previous tenants were left in the house. Maybe we’re missing something?- A/C window units definitely need attention, the filters were completely full of dust. It didn’t take me very long to clean the filters. Would recommend adding that to the list when making ready the unit. Takes about 5 min.Overall...

"Everything in the house was very nice. The owners were very accommodating in letting us have a later check out due to our fight departure change. The beds in all the rooms were very comfortable. The only thing missing was a full size mirror. I highly recommend this rental.. "
