Embark on a guided tea plantation tour, pluck tea leaves and learn all about the manufacturing processes. Relish the famed variety of tea during the tea-tasting masterclass. Wander around the neighbourhood and explore nearby treks and trails. Indulge in bird-watching during the day and star-gazing at night. There is a telescope at your disposal. ADD-ON SERVICES
- Breakfast is complimentary. All vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost of Rs. 1700 and all mixed meals  (veg and non-veg) can be provided at an additional cost of Rs. 2000 per person, per day.
- Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 2000 per session.
- Barbeque can be arranged at an additional cost.
- A guided tea plantation and factory tour and tea-tasting masterclass can be arranged at an additional cost.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the bedroom on the ground floor. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

Famed for its fragrant tea plantations, whistling toy train rides and sloping hills, Darjeeling is one of the most loved hill stations in India. Located at an altitude of 6710 ft., Darjeeling is enveloped in the sweeping views of the Kanchenjunga ranges and the weather here is almost always a delight. So, while you’re enjoying your stay at this property, here are a few activities we recommend doing to make your stay even more memorable.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
- Should the property be utilised for commercial filming, video shooting, or group activities that exceed the parameters of the initial booking, the guest shall be liable to incur supplementary charges in addition to the standard villa booking fees.
- Furthermore, an extra refundable security deposit shall be required to address any potential damages arising from the extended usage of the property.
- Failure to settle the specified commercial charges for exceeding the original booking scope will result in the cancellation of the reservation and denial of check-in.
