"The stay was truly them most comfortable, easy, enjoyable and relaxing stay. Mansoon, the owner, let me know in advance about not being able to swim - I mean it’s like 20-40 degreees depending. He was so helpful and informative check in. It was clean, sticks and here always acquire to help or provide something I may need. I am going through a have time and staying here was truly a God send. "Apartment is nice and clean. Has everything you need as advertised. Good communication. Snacks are a nice touch.
FYI- the bed is a box spring and a matress on the floor.
The neighborhood is completely unsafe. Very dangerous. This is not for a family, kids or otherwise. Drunk and drugged people hang in area. Throwing bottles at signs. You cannot walk around area. Parking very unsafe.
Rent with caution. "

"My stay was comfortable for an over night stay after family celebration. I would definitely use this unit again if I travel without a senior person. My suggestion is to clearly identify the unit regarding the stair climbing for prospective renters for the second and third floor. Thank you,"

"Great stay in winter and I'm sure this place is popular for beach access in the summer. I loved the super soft towels and kitchenette.
A couple of improvements:
-Probably time to change the mattress in Rm 2. It is very misshapen with a large dent where many people have slept.
-Weather seal the doors for better energy efficiency and to keep the temp in the room more manageable.

"Nice little apartment for a short stay. There was some issues with a leaky faucet, however the host was very responsive and accommodating to getting it fixed."
