This house is not suitable for children under age 10 and young children will not be permitted due to safety reasons. There is a spiral staircase to access the master loft from inside the house which is not suitable for children under 10 due to safety reasons. This house includes 2 sets of stairs and is not handicap accessible. This house has a pond in the yard that is not fenced off and could be a drowning hazard to children who are unattended. No swimming allowed. No pets are allowed. Absolutely no smoking, vaping, cigars, E-cigs, marijuana, or drugs of any kind. No parties or large groups.
