"The communication regarding checkin/checkout was not great. Once I was able to speak with a representative I was able to work things out, but it required me contacting them. The property itself was clean, but not well appointed, just the basics. It's a rental...and the use shows. The location is very close to everything in Redstone. It's also next to the highway so lots of road noise. Parking is an issue, it's very limited and in high ski season would be difficult."

"The room is very small, with only a toilet. The kitchen has plastic dishes, no proper knives, and no kettle to boil water. Even the most budget hotels usually provide a kettle, so it was disappointing to have to heat water in the microwave.
