"This was our first stay at the verb and aside from the absolute coolness of the hotel itself (in room record players!!) the staff was very polite and helpful! "Stayed 5 days. They didn’t make our room the first day so we asked why at the reception. They told us that we should have asked. So we did, to be made every day. Didn’t happen. During the 5 days they made it 1x. There is no other service, no fresh towels and one ends up paying $550 a night for a very small room. There are better places in Cambridge to stay at."

"The room is very convenient for walking around Boston - and is right next to Boston University (noise). Unfortunately the noise from the city (sirens, traffic, yelling, etc) and light were very loud/noticeable. The room has only metal blinds and would greatly benefit from room darkening, heavy curtains to help eliminate some of that. Everything was clean.
