"Room is spacious, could easily roll out an inflatable mattress to accommodate another guest.
Room has shared wall with common bathroom, some noise from there when being used.
Upstairs tenant (host?) was loud at times, doors slamming, thumping footsteps.
Pathway leading from front of property to entrance in the back is a disaster. If you have mobility issues, take extra care"

"I had a great two-day stay at this basement apartment. It was very centrally located and, as advertised, was super convenient being only 10 minutes away from the YYC airport. The space was cozy and well-suited for my short trip. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a quick and easy place to stay near the airport!"
