"I’m absolutely satisfied with my stay at this property. However, it was little bit chilly in the basement in a daytime but warm and comfortable at night. It was clean, looks like owners take care of the their property. Communication with owners was good. It is very quiet place. Definitely recommend it."

"We had such a relaxing and cozy stay in this unit. It is so clean and comfortable and nicely decorated. After a long drive, we just wanted to put our feet up and not go out! There are lots of restaurants, etc. close by. We wish we could have stayed longer. Would highly recommend a stay here! "

"Stayed at Nelo’s place for a weekend and it was just as advertised. Very nice basement suite. It was clean and in a great location with access to restaurants and grocery stores within a block. Perfect place for two when staying in Saskatoon. Also Nelo was very accommodating with a last minute request and communication was great "
