"I tried to change the booking minutes after realising a mistake had been made. This was 2 weeks prior. The Hotel said to contact Expedia. Expedia said they had to contact the Hotel. Everybody passed the buck. Hotel staff were rude and unhelpful. Expedia were helpful but unable to get a reply from the Hotel.
Bad experience, watch out."

"We stayed in a disability room. We could see this room while OK for us would not be for someone in a wheelchair. It's on the 5th floor and a powered chair would not be able to get out of the lift or move around in the room or get into bed. There was no where to put your toiletries in the bathroom and it would have been nice to have a mirror over the basin. Rhe bed was hard. The staff were amazing and helpful. Having a restaurant as well as a kitchen and laundry on site are helpful to many...

"Had trouble checking in because they had another traveller sign my admission form. I noticed the air conditioner remote was missing and the day after I checked out they were trying to contact me. I rang their number and left a message saying the remote was not there when I checked in. Other than that the room was very good."

"This is a very central motel. We ended up with an upgrade because of a problem with the plumbing.
The room is serviced everyday, the lady that came everyday was very helpful and efficient. It had a whole kitchen to use with everything you need to make a meal.
There are some things that need some maintenance.
It is a small space between the sink, toilet and bathtub. The toilet roll holder is in an awkward place.
The shower pressure was amazing. Fabulous using the heat pump on the cold...
