The space...

Please note that while pets are allowed, we do require prior approval and there Is an additional $60 cleaning cost.

Conveniently located across the street from Allen High School Football Stadium - Home of the State Championship Allen Eagles, our house is located less than 3 miles from the Allen Event Center, Outlet mall, Civic Center, various restaurants and Celebration Park with its expansive green area, playground and sprayground. We are conveniently located to highway 75 and toll 121 - both that can get you quickly to downtown Dallas, Richardson, Plano, McKinney, Grapevine, DFW Airport, Love Airport, and so much more!

The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, bakeware, coffee machine (and coffee & tea), mixer, as well as the standard basics: dishes, glasses, and silverware (sets of 12). There is a 75" smart TV in the living room connected to a receiver and a DVD player. The bookshelf is stocked with some family friendly DVDs and a variety of board and card games.

The master bedroom has a walk-in closet, dresser, and private bath with large walk-in shower. The 3 guest bedrooms each have a closet (with hangers) and a dresser. Both bathrooms include towels, toiletry essentials (toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash). The laundry room has a washer, dryer, ironing board and iron, and is stocked with laundry detergent and dryer sheets.

The back yard is surrounded by a high 8' privacy fence. A large patio (15X30) has table and chairs with a grill and is perfect for hanging outside and enjoying the weather. We also have outdoor games such as ladder golf, bocce ball, yardzee, etc. There is an additional dog run inside the fenced area on the side of the house (if needed).

Guest access...

Guests will have access to the entire house (except the garage), but there is plenty of parking in the driveway. High speed Wi-Fi is included, as well as a login to Netflix. Both TVs also have access for you to log onto any of your own personal streaming accounts. Feel free to enjoy the patio and cook out on the gas grill (propane provided).

Other things to note...

Please note that while the Eagle’s Nest is pet friendly, we will assess an additional $60 pet cleaning fee as we want to keep the house free of any allergens for all of our guests. We also ask that you keep all pets off all of the furniture and clean up after your pets in the back yard. Any pet damage will be assessed after each stay and communicated through VRBO.

Great all around!!

The house was in great condition and provided great amenities. Thought was put into making this a great rental property. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond. If I’m ever in the area again I’ll most definitely be staying here again!

The eagles nest

I recently stayed at “The Eagles Nest,” a charming home tucked away in the shadows of the nations largest high school stadium. With easy access to freeways, makes it easy to get to all that the DFW area has to offer. This cozy retreat provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The hosts were attentive, and the ambiance was serene. Whether you’re a sports fan or simply seeking a peaceful getaway, “The Eagles Nest” won’t disappoint.

Just what we were looking for

We needed a place to stay while in town for a family Christmas celebration. This property was perfect. Great location and exactly as described. Host was fantastic and even left treats for our fur baby. With 4 bedrooms and 2 baths it accommodated our group and gave us space that two hotel rooms would not have and it was less expensive than two hotel rooms for a weekend.

Soccer tournament stay

We had four teens and the adults and this property met all our needs! Our puppy really enjoyed it as well and the kids liked the basketball goal. Snacks were nice.

Eagles Nest

Wow.Home is exactly as listed. The home makes you feel at home easy and quick access to 7-11 and Yougurtville walking distance .Grocery store across the street we enjoyed ourselves nice nights sitting on the back porch grilling with family or playing games you habe several to choose from what more can you ask for if in need will book again.
