The Space:
Welcome to Flamingo, a spacious and vibrant retreat perfect for families or groups looking for comfort and flexibility. This two-story home features five bedrooms with a variety of sleeping arrangements. Three of the bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds. One bedroom offers a queen bed along with a single bed, and another is equipped with two bunk beds, making it ideal for kids or larger groups.
The property includes three full bathrooms, providing convenience and ease for everyone, especially during busy mornings. Inside, you’ll find generous common areas designed for relaxation, shared meals, or cozy evenings together.
Whether you’re visiting for a family getaway, a business trip, or a group vacation, Flamingo offers the space and atmosphere to make you feel right at home. If you have any special requests or need assistance coordinating your stay, feel free to reach out. We’re here to help.

Airports: Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) is approximately 30 minutes away. Dallas Love Field is also nearby, around 25 minutes by car.
Public Transportation: Duncanville is primarily car-friendly, but STAR Transit provides on-demand ride services in the area, and nearby DART connections are available within a short drive.
Ride-Share & Car Rentals: Uber and Lyft operate efficiently in this area, and several car rental agencies are within reach for guests who prefer to drive themselves.

Guests must log into their own accounts. If you forget to log out, we’ll take care of it after checkout. • No Indoor Smoking: A $500 fine applies for violations. Smoking is only permitted outside. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly. • Backyard Maintenance: The outdoor space, including the hot tub and picnic area, is professionally maintained. However, as an outdoor feature, it’s normal to find leaves or minor debris in or around the hot tub between cleanings. This does not indicate poor cleanliness—our team ensures regular maintenance and proper chemical balance for your safety and comfort. • Landscaping: Lawn care is performed once a week. • Security Cameras: Two outdoor cameras are installed for security—one at the front of the property and one overlooking the shared yard. There are no cameras inside any of the units. • House Rule Violations: May result in cancellation of the reservation, no refunds, and loss of any deposit. • Pest Control: Pest control service is scheduled monthly. While rare, you may occasionally see outdoor insects such as ants, spiders, or beetles inside due to the garden areas. These are harmless, and we’ll gladly assist if needed. • Wi-Fi: High-speed Wi-Fi is available. There is no cable TV service. • No Drugs or Illegal Substances: The use, possession, or distribution of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate cancellation without refund and may be reported to authorities. A $500 cleaning fee will apply if evidence of drug use is found.
