Modern and Unique Game House with Rooftop Terrace

Welcome to our GAME HOUSE with 2071 sqft of awesomeness. Our goal is to provide a comfortable and FUN place to stay!

Our house max is 10 guests and anyone coming to the home counts towards that total regardless of who is staying the night.



Enjoy our in-house games and amenities such as:

• Foosball table
• Bar cart with complimentary wine, glasses, and bar utensils.
• Board games + cards + dominoes
• ROKU Smart TV with access to streaming services

Plus a 100% PRIVATE rooftop terrace with:

• Outdoor seating + (2) hammock chairs!
• Ping Pong / Beer Pong Table
• Cornhole
• BBQ Grill
• Mini fridge and storage shelves to keep your refreshments close by

Dogs and cats are always welcome!

Brand new appliances and furniture, washer and dryer included plus a full kitchen with: refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, Keurig, cooking ware, plates, cups & utensils.


Layout and sleeping arrangements:
This is a 4-story home.
-First floor: 1 full-size bed, private bathroom, and closet with
hangers and shelves.
-Second floor: kitchen, games, living room, 1 half bath. There are 2 couches in the living room.
-Third floor: 1 primary bedroom with a queen size bed and 1 full size bed. It features a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower and separate bathtub. Additional secluded nook with full size bunk beds (sleeps 4).
- Fourth floor: rooftop terrace (100% private)

Guest access:
You'll have 100% privacy inside this home and the check-in process is fully automated.

2 cars fit in our garage and free street parking is also available.

We do not allow more than 10 guests, even if they're not staying the night. No exceptions.

We cannot offer early check-ins or late check-outs at this home due to the time it takes us to clean it after each guest.

Other things to note:
Booking includes resort quality cleaning, freshly laundered sheets and towels for all guests, and all consumables including toilet paper, soap, shampoo, coffee, tea, and a whole lot more.

This property is monitored on the front door and inside the garage by a Ring video/audio doorbell camera.

Keep in mind that this is NOT a party house. Bluetooth speakers are not allowed. Guests must always observe quietness after 10:00pm in outdoor areas regardless of the day of week. Please be respectful with our neighbors.

Pick-up trucks don't fit in our garage.

Great place!

Perfect place to stay for our daughter’s law school graduation! We were close to her place and SMU! Nice touches included fully stocked coffe/tea bar! Also, extra trash bags, some toiletries, toilet paper, Saran, wrap, baggies provided! Loved the roof top area! Of course time of year depends how much you can enjoy it! Pleasant stay and great host!

Great spot for a family!

We stayed here with our 3 kids (6 and under) and it was perfect. Plenty of space, clean, and comfortable. My 3 and 6 year olds LOVED the bunk beds and roof top terrace.

Lovely apartment and great facilities

We had a short but amazing stay in Dallas and loved the apartment. As a party of 5 the apartment had everything we wanted and more. Loved the rooftop with the table tennis for the evening and a brilliant surprise welcome gift from the owners. Did everything we planned in Dallas and this place was a great way to experience it all from - thank you!

2nd Girls Getaway

This was our second year to stay at one of this owner’s properties. Both places have been clean, comfortable, and fun. Great location and we all felt safe. The only issue is that the bunk beds are squeaky so best to not have someone sleep on the top bunk, but otherwise the beds are comfy. We are looking forward to staying again next year!

Cute and convenient! This stacked three-story home was thoughtfully appointed and worked great for our extended weekend girls trip. The rooftop deck was a bonus for sure! Easy access to grocery, drug store and restaurants. We liked it very much!

Top-notch

Had another great time. Excellent hosts with yet another beautiful townhouse. Rooftop is great. We sat outside and enjoyed the skyline, watched TV in the swings, and played ping-pong. Inside played a little Foosball. Nice to have coffee along with a variety of creamers and sugar to start the day. Comfortable place to just chill or of you want to go to local businesses there are many nearby. Once again, thanks Eric and Valentina for a wonderful place to stay while in Dallas.
