Our home is located in Cedar Hill, in the beautiful hill country environment of Joe Pool Lake and Cedar Hill State Park, Cedar Hill, Texas.

Our neighborhood is the natural choice for those who want big city amenities with small town charm.

Cedar Hill's prime location, natural beauty and excellent city services offer the perfect place to live, work, and play. Highlight of neighborhood includes:

To go to 1088 Pondview Dr, Cedar Hill, TX 75104, USA, you can use a driving navigation app such as G00gle Maps, Waze, or Apple Maps. Simply enter the address as your destination, and it will give you turn-by-turn directions. You can also use public transportation, but you may need to check the local bus and train schedules.

1. Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. onwards.
2. Check-out is at 10:00 a.m. maximum. Late check-out without approval incurs a $100 fee.
3. Inform us of the total number of overnight guests and any visitors.
4. Unregistered guests are not permitted. Our rate includes up to 6 guests. Additional guests are $39/night each.
5. No parties or events allowed on the property.
6. Notify us of all vehicles for your reservation.
7. Park all cars in the property’s garage or driveway; street parking is prohibited.
8. No smoking indoors; penalties vary based on severity. Indoor smoking incurs a $750 fine.
9. Outdoor smoking allowed; dispose of cigarette butts properly.
10. No drugs or inappropriate behavior tolerated.
11. Garbage collection days vary; we’ll notify you in advance.
12. House-trained pets allowed with a $120 USD fee per pet.
13. Stained sheets or towels will incur replacement charges.
14. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture. Pet waste must be picked up. A fee will be charged if not cleaned up.
15. Violation of house rules may result in additional charges or immediate cancellation of the reservation.
16. Remove shoes when entering the property, especially on carpeted areas.
17. Shoe stains or dirt on carpets that require deep cleaning will result in extra cleaning charges.
18. If you break something, please notify us immediately.
19. Please return any moved items to their original positions. Do not rearrange or drag furniture across the floors.
20. Set the AC to 75°F when not in use.
21. Pool heater is available upon request for $150/day. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
22. Use of the pool is at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty. Children must be supervised. No glass near the pool.
23. All trash must be bagged before placing it in bins. Loose trash or liquids may result in extra cleaning charges.
24. Towels are for body use only. Do not use them for makeup removal, cleaning, or around the pool.
25. Security cameras monitor the exterior of the property 24/7. Tampering with devices is prohibited.
26. No open flames or candles are allowed inside the property.
27. Please do not tamper with smart home devices, including locks, thermostats, or cameras.
28. A noise-monitoring device is in place to help maintain a peaceful environment. It does not record audio.
29. No unapproved outdoor gatherings or additional visitors beyond registered guests.
30. Firearms or weapons are not allowed on the property under any circumstances.

**SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY**
A $500 security deposit will be held on your credit or debit card during your stay. This covers potential damages, missing items, or extra cleaning. The deposit will be fully released after check-out, provided there are no issues. If there are damages or missing items, the cost will be deducted from the deposit.

**Pre-Arrival Requirements (For Non-Airbnb Reservations)**
To ensure a smooth and secure check-in process, we kindly ask all guests who booked outside of Airbnb to complete the following steps at least 24 hours before arrival:

Government-Issued ID:
A clear photo of a valid government-issued ID (driver’s license or passport) for the primary guest.

Selfie for Identity Verification:
A selfie of the primary guest holding the same ID near their face (for identity confirmation).

Front of Credit/Debit Card:
A photo of the front of the card used for the reservation.

The host Daphne is asking me for 400. For a step on the stairway that was already broken. It was already broken and merely pushed back into place, presenting a fall hazard for me and my small grandchildren!!! My daughter fell down the stairs as soon as we walked into the house. It was already loose and pushed into place. I am disabled and this would have been catastrophic had I actually fallen all the way down the stairs!!Your lack of maintaining a structurally sound and compliant short-term rental property is contrary to all city code compliance regulatory standards.I immediately called, messaged through VRBO, texted and emailed the Host Daphne about all the issues with the rental house. I was very disappointed due to all the issues we experienced before and upon arrival. I called Customer Support to complain about her request for all my personal information and the personal information for all my family such a copy of our photo identification against our face, front and back of my credit card. I was disappointed with the 31 rules she provided for the house. One of the rules requested we park in the garage. Once we arrived to the rental house, we unloaded the cars and opened the garage door to pull into it but we couldn’t pull in because the garage was full of trash and boxes and trash bags full of wet leaves that had a foul odor. We took pictures of the trash in the garage, broken bed, broken step on the stairway and the dirty pool. We were so frustrated.
