Overall, this house was a massive disappointment. I had rented this house to cook meals for my sister who just had a baby and to be in the area to help her out. Prior to booking I asked the manager if the kitchen was “fully stocked” and was assured it was; this was wholly inaccurate. There were no knives, cutting board, large pot, and only one small frying pan.I could get over that, but the house was not very clean, the towels and sheets were threadbare and there was no hot water in the shower- none. I communicated the lack of hot water to the manager (along with my frustration with the kitchen) and was told they were attempting to reach someone to come look at the bathroom- but never received any further communication despite reaching out to them. Additionally, there is access to the side/back of the house through a gate. The gate was broken, allowing access to anyone. Additionally, in the backyard there is another structure that is accessed (I think) through an alley. I
