Spacious house for 18 people on a Lakeshore 1/4 acres lots. New exterior deck is a great place for outside gathering. Fenced yard on a hill offers a play ground for kids and pets. We are one mile away from a public boat dock on Lake Ray Hubbard. Close to TX-66, I-30, shops and restaurants. Modern interior renovated. Four bedroom downstairs and one large bedroom upstairs are suitable for large groups. Huge living, dinning and kitchen areas.

The home had everything we needed over a Thanksgiving holiday with a well furnished kitchen. The location has easy access to the highway and on walks, can offer great views of the lake. The home was clean and check-in was easy. Thanks for a great stay!

Disappointed in this VRBO. Although the location was great, the grass in the front yard had very long weeds and looked neglected. The house has many dirty areas like along the baseboards, windows and floors. There is much deferred maintenance as well. The AC in the upstairs was vented out the window and the hose was rotted and falling apart. When it fell out of the window, I contacted the owners at 2pm and they told me to tape it because they couldn't get to it until the next day. No one could sleep up there due to the heat. The refrigerator wasn't cold and took a long time to chill, also no ice. The AC downstairs never cooled the house off. The WIFI was spotty depending on which device was trying to use it, it would not work on some people's phones or laptops but worked on others. The house was adequate but not great.

Perfect family travel home. This home was beautiful and functional. It was clean and in an amazing neighborhood near the lake. We were 5 minutes from all the shopping and restaurants needed for a trip. The host was responsive to our needs.

Good location for shopping downtown and Door Dash deliveries. Five bedrooms with shared beds worked for our group well. Be aware front and back entries are steps, steep for many in our group but we worked it out. Great TV area in living room and large kitchen. Beautiful neighborhood.

Excellent Choice

Song, was very responsive. The home had everything we needed for our trip. 5 bedrooms the loft was perfect. The kitchen had everything and then some! We will be staying again when we are in the area. Also, restaurants to downtown Rockwall we literally 10 minutes away. It was a perfect stay and location.

Rockwall Retreat

Great stay, plenty of comfy beds and space for the family! Great view of Lake Hubbard! Only reason I gave 4/5 stars is that I wish the kitchen had hot pads, hand towels and bigger cookware. To cook for 10 people with small pots, made it a bit difficult for some meals, but likely people who rent the house aren’t cooking as much as our crew. Perfect location for all of us to meet!

Thanksgiving visit

Great house for families, great location, wonderful neighborhood next to the water. Great place to stay for families, super safe neighborhood. The master bed squeaked really loud!! Every time my husband barely moved, everyone in the house heard it squeak. The nest resets at midnight to freeze you out, the owner should adjust it settings. The dishwasher was full of dishes when we got there but overall the kitchen was stocked enough to cook. The beds were comfy, essentially ever mattress style was available.

Bridal Party and dogs

This house gave us exactly what we needed to house the bride's family including grandma, our 3 dogs and the bride & her bridesmaids. The home was very clean, the yard was fenced in and perfect for the dogs and the upstairs bedroom with the 3 beds was perfect for the bridal party prior to the wedding. The house was close to the wedding venue and we were very happy with our stay. We would rent this house again.

Wonderful Stay

If you are looking for a quiet neighborhood, spacious home, all amenities possible, then look no further. This home had everything needed to accommodate my family and our week long stay. It’s located near Dallas which was perfect proximity to our activities. I highly recommend this location if you have a large party. There’s a main tv in the family room and one other in the upstairs which is a perfect room for kids, or anyone wanting to view separate content. I will certainly add this to my saved locations if I ever return to the area. Check in and check out was a breeze, and the property owner is very responsive should you have questions. Thank you for the stay, it was a wonderful relaxing one!
