We have several lakefront houses, all right here together on this street. If a group wants more houses together on this waterfront, these work great. Try using the MAP feature and zooming in on this neighborhood. All 7 should show up. Ask about our Winter Rates! We offer monthly rates during this time.

All of our Lakefront places here in Frisco, Texas are great while on a business trip or in between homes. This is the place! Sit on the porch of this fully furnished house and watch the wildlife migrating to the south for winter. The lake is still warm enough to swim and relax after a long day or week.

This house is a 2 bedroom 1 bath home. Fully furnished. It has Smart TV in the living area and a Smart TV in each bedroom . Bedroom 1 has a king sized bed. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed as well as a bunk with a full size on the bottom and twin on top.

Come stay at a waterfront property instead of a hotel - no matter what brings you to the area. It is perfect for all ages who want to experience a comfortable house and its outdoor amenities in a great location. Get back to nature and have a campfire right out your door while surrounding yourself with nature. Kayaks, Canoe, Paddleboards are included at no extra cost. Boats available to rent on request.

Bring your own boat if you would like. We have a dock that is located right behind that house that we share with our guests. It is also great for fishing and swimming. Bring your floats and cooler and come to relax.

We have 7 houses in the neighborhood. 4 are true lakefront and 3 are across the street with unobstructed views and access to water. Great stay

The waterfront home was very nice with beautiful views of the lake, spacious yard, access to the boat dock. The house was clean and location was convenient in proximity to restaurants, shopping, lake activities, etc. Jeri responded promptly to messages and was very accommodating. Thank you.

Good getaway

Lovely view of lake and located in a very quiet neighborhood. Not far from many good restaurants and entertainment. Beds are super comfy! We had a plumbing issue on the last day and the owners responded immediately.

Nice Getaway

Loved the views and quick access to the backyard for the dogs. The dogs and humans had a great time. Loved being away from the city but still not too far from everything we need for food and activities! Thank you for having us!

Great lakeside stay in the Dallas area

This home a great place for friends or families to stay in the Dallas area, directly on Lewisville Lake. It's quiet with a nice view of the lake. The host was friendly and responsive. The house was clean and functional. We found a couple of minor issues and the host offered to fix them during our stay, but it wasn't convenient for us to do so at that time. Main thing, you may want to bring your own ice as the icemaker was broken and there weren't any ice trays. That was a minor inconvenience to an otherwise great stay.

Just book it!! Your family will love it!

I can literally say nothing negative about this property! The house is wonderful, the location is fantastic, the neighborhood is SAFE and the activities are endless. We traveled with three children 6 and under and had everything we needed at the location and within a 5 minute drive. The owner and his wife are FANTASTIC PEOPLE with loving and giving hearts. They will make sure your family is safe, knowledgeable of the area and nearby activities, and enjoying every minute of your stay. These people literally saved my family! Just book it! You won't be disappointed!

Great Place to Unwind

Jerry was great and made the process easy from start to finish. Property and house was very clean and had everthing we needed for a nice 3 day get-away. Kids had a great time as there was lots to do around the area and around the lake (i.e. kayaking, fishing, swimming off dock, etc.). It was an added bonus to be able to bring our dog as he enjoyed it every bit as much as we did.

The Best Lake Life

What a wonderful cottage on lakefront! It is located on a cove with little traffic but lots of lake. Just around the corner is the Marina. Great for kayaking, paddle boards, swimming and fishing. A dock is available for your boat too! The cottage itself is super clean, cute and well appointed. It has everything you need to enjoy the best lake life.

Beautiful and Spectacular View of Lake

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house has all the essentials we needed and is very clean. We kayak, paddle boat, row swim and fish in the lake. Son and husband caught a fish which made our stay more memorable. Jeri was wonderful to provide all the restaurants and things to do around town and we did those as well. Definitely will come back again.

Lake oasis in Texas

Jerry and the house were both wonderful. We fished, kayaked, had campfires, and loved the view. Jerry was so helpful with fishing and restaurant suggestions. We will be back! Every time we are in the Dallas area, this is where we will stay!

Perfect little lake house

We loved our stay here. The house has everything you need. The owner has created a great atmosphere for guests. My girls made friends with kids staying in the other houses and they enjoyed the playground, trampoline, and dock swimming. So much to love about the property - the yard is perfect for playing, the view is beautiful, and trails are close.

Family Spring Break

We were looking for a nice, quiet spot for a few days away with our teen daughter for spring break. The house was perfect. Cleanliness and check in process was great and the owner made sure we always were okay. It was a bit chilly for us to take advantage of the lake activities but will look forward to returning to take advantage of this option.

The cottage is on the edge of Lake Lewisville in Frisco, TX. We enjoyed eating on the patio, walking along the water and in to the wooded area on the trail. It is located in a very peaceful residential area. We would consider revisiting if the opportunity arises again.

Amazing Location and Host

This property was beautiful and the location was amazing! There are so many amenities included - our favorite was having morning tea/coffee on the dock. The children had a blast kayaking! And the host was super friendly and so knowledgeable about the lake and the area. I highly recommend booking here!

Property was beautiful , nice few of the lake . Owner was Amazing came by let us know where everything was. Had my 7 year old and two year old . They loved it were able to run around outside. Shopping is very close and easy to get to. Beautiful place
